Mercure Harbin New District (Opening November 2018)

成立約二年多的飯店，是法國的飯店集團，裝潢及設備相當新潁，房間內空間舒適。淋浴間出來雖然就是房間，但是用活動門板隔住，覺得很貼心。電梯採用房卡感應式，可以直接顯示居住樓層，蠻方便的。另外，一樓有免費的咖啡機可以取用。||一樓大廳旁有便利店，附近就有大型商場園區。||不過，飯店房間內的WIFI連結需要當地手機認證，對外國人來說不太方便。

โรงแรมเพิ่งเปิดบริการไม่นาน ใหม่มาก ไกลจากเขตเมืองฮาร์บิน แต่มีห้างใหญ่ Wanda Mall อยู่ใกล้ๆ เดินถึงในระยะ 400 เมตร ถ้ามาเป็นกลุ่มมีบริการรับ-ส่งด้วยจะสะดวกขึ้น|ภายในห้องกว้างขวาง เตียงใหญ่ ที่นอนหนา นอนสบาย ปราศจากกลิ่นบุหรี่รบกวน ห้องอาบน้ำ ห้องสุขาแยกกัน มีบริเวณแต่งตัว แต่ไม่มีกระจกยาวเต็มตัว ชุดชา-กาแฟ กระติกน้ำร้อนจัดครบ แถมยังมีตู้เครื่องดื่มร้อนอัตโนมัติบริการฟรี ที่หน้าล็อบบี้ด้วย|อาหารเช้า เน้นเอเชียมากกว่าฝรั่ง หลากหลาย อร่อยดี แต่ให้ชิมก่อนเติมเครื่องปรุง เพราะรสเค็มนำเกือบทุกจาน ผัก ผลไม้ ก็น่ากิน|ห้องออกกำลัง และเกมรูม ชั้น1 ต้องใช้การ์ดผ่านเข้า พนักงานโรงแรมบริการดี คอยช่วยเหลือ แต่สื่อสารลำบากถ้าไม่ใช้ภาษาท้องถิ่น |

酒店刚开业不久，很新，离哈尔滨市区较远。不过附近有一个大型百货商场万达广场，步行400米以内，还有接送服务，会比较方便。宽敞，床大，床垫厚，睡眠舒适，没有令人不安的烟味，淋浴间和卫生间是分开的。有更衣区。但没有全身镜、茶具和保温瓶。还有免费的自动热饮机。大堂前面还有早餐|强调亚洲风味而不是西方风味。因为几乎每道菜都是咸味的，所以蔬菜和水果都很好吃 | 一楼的健身室和游戏室需要刷卡才能进入。酒店工作人员很好，乐于助人，但如果不会使用当地语言，沟通很困难 |

If you are here purely for a bed and a bath, then you may consider this place. ||||Service here is close to zero. Even a simple task of helping us get a cab, the hotel staff will tell you to do it yourself. ||||Staff offered no help at all upon our arrival, I've been here for 48 hours and have barely seen a bellman or any staff welcoming guests at a lobby.||||I asked for ice, to enjoy some drinks with. And this was what I was given. The staff even add a remark that this ice was not for consumption, and was used to "chill fruits and vegetables". I wonder what can I do with it then... ||||Having been staying in Accor hotels often, I expected way way more than this. Even an Ibis styles brand which I have stayed in before provided a much better service. ||||It's a shame.

Stayed here for 5 nights while my girlfriend and I were visiting for the Ice & Snow Festival. The room was really nice, but since the air con wasn’t working, we had to open the window now and then to get some cold air in. The breakfast was ok, but there wasn’t a huge selection. The staff were friendly, and it was close to a mall with a lot of restaurants, so it was still a very pleasant stay overall.

我和女朋友去参加冰雪节的时候在这里住了 5 个晚上。房间真的很好，但是由于空调坏了，我们不得不时不时地打开窗户让一些冷空气进来。早餐还可以，但是选择不多。工作人员很友好，而且靠近一个有很多餐馆的购物中心，所以总的来说，这仍然是一次非常愉快的住宿。

Staffs were very friendly and informative. Hotel provided free mini bar and even has a free self service laundry! Great location if you are planning to visit Ice and Snow City, less than 20mins by car. Walking distance to a big mall with great selections of food and supermarket. Good choice😁

工作人员非常友好并且信息丰富。酒店提供免费的迷你吧，甚至还有免费的自助洗衣服务！如果您打算参观冰雪城，地理位置优越，开车不到 20 分钟。步行即可到达大型购物中心，那里有各种美食和超市。不错的选择😁

The facilities are very nice. Comfortable room, room amenities and other “hardware” items are quite ok. But when it comes to “software”, it fails. Employees do not speak English at all. They will eventually try to do their job in a helpful way, but they will be barely able to offer a “hello”. No English. No western food. The waitresses yelling at each other at the restaurant. The housekeeping lady throws Chinese on you and she doesn’t consider even for a second that you might not speak her language. The other employees are not different. They could just look at my western face and think about it. Even the front desk staff. Unable to speak English. I understand it is not their fault, but this definitely makes this hotel a local hotel which aims to serve only Chinese people. That’s it. Perhaps this is just what this hotel wants to be. Perhaps a Chinese person would rate it with 5 stars. But I think this is not a foreigner friendly hotel. I give 2 stars because the rooms are really nice.

设施非常好。房间舒适度、房间设施等“硬件”都还不错。但当涉及到“软件”时，它就失败了。员工根本不会说英语。他们最终会尝试以有益的方式完成工作，但他们几乎无法打招呼。没有英语。没有西餐。餐厅里的女服务员互相大喊大叫。客房服务员向你扔中文，她甚至没有考虑到你可能不会说她的语言。其他员工也没什么不同。他们可以看看我的西方面孔并思考一下。甚至前台工作人员。无法说英语。我知道这不是他们的错，但这绝对使这家酒店成为一家只为中国人服务的当地酒店。就是这样。也许这正是这家酒店想要的。也许中国人会给它打5星。但我认为这不是一家对外国人友好的酒店。我给 2 星是因为房间真的很好。

Un hotel situado a pocos minutos de la calle peatonal principal de Hārbīn y a unos 15 minutos del parque de Zhaolin. Me alojé aquí durante el festival de hielo. El hotel cuenta con habitaciones cómodas y bien climatizadas. Desayuno costoso pero completo. Como en otros muchos sitios en China, el personal no habla inglés.

酒店距离哈尔滨主要步行街仅几分钟路程，距离兆麟公园约 15 分钟路程。我在冰雪节期间住在这里。酒店拥有舒适且空调良好的客房。早餐虽然贵但是很齐全。与中国许多其他地方一样，工作人员不会说英语。

Can’t believe they allowed people to smoke in the lobby where guests were waiting.||As a French owned hotel I would have thought that the hotel would be hot on preventing smoking in a hotel designated as a no smoking hotel but complete lack of interest from reception when I pointed out two security guards smoking in the lobby.

不敢相信他们允许人们在客人等待的大堂吸烟。||作为一家法国酒店，我本以为酒店会热衷于在指定为无烟酒店的酒店内禁止吸烟，但完全缺乏当我指出两名保安在大堂吸烟时，接待处表现出了兴趣。
