Wyndham Grand Tongren Downtown Hotel

The hotel room is clean and magnificent, but the aircondition is not working. The temperature remains at 24°. The hotel tried to fix it but at the end they moved us to the Deluxe Supreme Room ( similar to Junior Suite ). However I found more not working amenities : the aircondition remains at 23°, the water in the shower flows very weak, the hot water is not hot, the lights in the walk-in wardrobe can’t be fixed, no safety box! This is a Deluxe SUPREME Room. No English signs, breakfast is not in par with a 4*or 5* hotel. The Wyndham is classified as a 5*!

Honest review about my two-day stay. I'm hoping to see some improvements.Customer Service: Poor. Unresponsive to requests, lacking in providing assistance. Not courteous, which is expected of a hotel staff.Staff: Unaccommodating, often responding with “No” rather than seeking solutions or alternatives.Hotel Room: Good. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight.Cleanliness: Good, but there is potential for improvement.Amenities: Good.Location: Good.Value for Money: Acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel, but the value is diminished by the subpar service. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction are necessary to justify the cost.Overall Experience: Unsatisfactory, especially compared to my other stays at Wyndham hotels. This particular experience did not meet the standards expected from the Wyndham brand, leading to disappoin**ent.

Needs Significant ImprovementMy experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The customer service was notably poor, with staff often unresponsive and unhelpful. The value for money did not meet expectations, as many essential amenities were missing from the room. Despite repeated requests, the staff consistently responded with a “No, we do not have” attitude, which was frustrating.The hotel’s claim of offering a diverse breakfast suitable for Western tastes was misleading. The selection was limited and did not align with what was advertised on their website. This was a significant disappoin**ent.Although the room amenities were decent, they did not make up for the overall lack of service and the missing essentials. What was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into a stressful experience, mainly due to the unaccommodating nature of the staff and the hotel’s failure to provide what was promised. This hotel has a lot of room for improvement in several key areas.

酒店裝修大氣豪華，房間寬闊開揚，衛生間的智能馬桶使用方便。客房服務禮貌又注重客人隱私，非常好👍。酒店旁邊就是九宜城商業廣場，吃喝玩樂都有。

風格很中式，房間很大，有免費停車場。隔壁就是商場、超市、電影院，酒店出門右拐就有燒烤，很便利，整體來說還不錯。

酒店很好，整个入住过程愉快的且放心，房间的布局很规范，裝修豪华，晚上睡覺很安靜，卫生更是细致，非常满意的一次入住体验，推荐！！！
