The room is very clean and roomy. The breakfast serves both Chinese and Western styles of foods which are good. The service is excellent. I would like to make a special thank you to the manager, Mr. Liang Bao, He provides me many good information how to get to Fanjing Shan and Tongren Grand Canyon.

房间非常干净、宽敞。早餐有中西式的食物，味道不错。服务非常好。我要特别感谢经理梁宝先生，他为我提供了很多关于如何前往梵净山和铜仁大峡谷的好信息。

We are glad we chose this hotel. It is beautiful with a garden you can walk in upfront. The room was bigger than we had imagined with fancy gadgets and house keeping. Check in was a breeze. The front desk was friendly, helpful and resourceful. They helped us to find a driver to drive us. They also suggested places of interest that we could visit. The pillows are fluffy and comfy. The hotel is a little up a steep-ish cliff but its only like a 10 minutes endeavor. Taxis and didi's can come right up to the hotel. There's a bus stop literally by the hotel gate on the main road that can take you into town. The breakfast was the only down thing for us. Ir was very very chinese targeted. At least there was coffee! We would def stay again and bring our own drip coffee!

In terms of the ‘hard product’ this may be the best value hotel I’ve ever stayed in, I was genuinely shocked at how wonderful it was and for such a low price. The room and bathroom were flawless and spotlessly clean, to the same standard as any international brand 5 star hotel and far exceeding any expectations I had. The outdoor swimming pool was a very welcome relief from the summer heat and humidity. Despite this, I did feel the service wasn’t to the same standard as the hotel. I had a negative experience when checking in, and with a phone call from the hotel in the following days, that, unfortunately, left a very sour taste in my mouth. I was also surprised that there was no one on the service desk of the pool and spa area to show us to the changing rooms or offer us any towels for swimming. This being said, I would stay here again in an instant and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tongren.

Excellent hotel and best location with great view. Room is great and beautiful with needed amenities. The hotel breakfast is great with lots of varieties. A bit far from the city but you can chill out as it located on TOP of the hill. The bed is comfy and clean. The shower pipe has to be located at the side else it I always stuck! See the picture I posted!

优秀的酒店和最佳的位置，风景优美。房间很棒很漂亮，有所需的设施。酒店的早餐很棒，品种很多。离城市有点远，但你可以放松一下，因为它位于山顶。床很舒服而且干净。淋浴管必须位于侧面，否则我总是卡住！看我发的图片！

Breakfast was nice, the gym/games room were a bonus and the staff were very nice and helpful. Good views over the whole city.

It’s possible to extend until 6:00 PM for checkout, which is very convenient!
