万润国际度假酒店

酒店有个微缩景观“珠峰”，园林很好，房间内床很舒服。觉得小贵。不过还是值，在西藏住到这么好的园林酒店不容易。特别是坐在酒店门口就能看到扎寺伦布寺，感觉格外不同。

整个西藏行程中入住了多家酒店酒店，日喀则万润国际度假酒店给我的印象最差，号称是日喀则地区最好的酒店，但服务是最差的，环境也一般，给我的感觉是建设了一大半就急着开业了，早餐很一般。我们在那里住了两晚，第二天晚上十一点半，前台突然打电话来说要我们去前台登记身份证号码，我说半夜三更的登记什么身份证号码，入住当天不是都复印过，服务员说当时弄错房间了，我说今天白天我到前台（前台到我们房间大概要走5分钟，在日喀则我们都有高原反应，在房里都不想动）办房卡续期的时候（随便提一句：办入住时我们交了两天的房费，但是不知道服务员是没有责任心还是没睡醒，房卡只开了一天!），你们也没提这个事情，现在客人都睡觉了，你们搞什么啊，要登记早上退房时再给你登记。服务员竟然说，要是不登记身份证，我马上把房钱退给你请你搬出去。这是就是最好酒店的服务员的素质？!半夜三更把客人往外赶，我无话可说，就没有理她。过了一会，又打电话来说，如果我们不愿去前台，就让人过来取，我说这怎么可能，我说大半夜的我不可能把身份证给别人，弄丢了怎么办（要知道在西藏一路上随时会查身份证，要是没有身份证，就要被遣送回原籍），要不我把身份证号码报给你，反正在入住时你们登记过的，后来服务员勉强同意了。我对服务员说，你半夜三更把我们赶出酒店这件事，我要找你们领导讨个说法，我希望明天退房时见到你们领导。结果第二天退房时，碰到昨晚的打电话的服务员，她连句对不起都没有说，等办完手续都没见到她们的领导，我说你们领导呢，她说领导有事没空赶过来，我说他不来也没关系，我会在网上如实把这件事告诉大家，服务员马上打了个电话，然后说领导马上来了，这是在玩人呢！等了一会，后来家里人催着赶路，走的时候也没等到她们的领导。

地點絕佳 就在札什倫布寺旁邊||外面就是老城區步行街||逛街相當方便||||內部wifi訊號不強 須另外加裝路由器||無醫務室，只有供氧！

This hotel seemed pretty new, with a scattered buildings structure, and no staff to be seen other than a couple of receptionist that didn't understand English (but had a very good speaking translation app in their phone). Location was best in town for our interests, next to the Tashilunpo monastery, on the rim of its kora path, and close to restaurants and an interesting local street market. Premises were clean and reasonably comfortable, and breakfast was not worse than we expected from a Chinese-style affair. A good choice for cultural travellers.

这家酒店看起来很新，建筑风格分散，除了几个不会说英语的前台接待员（不过她们手机里装了个很不错的翻译软件）之外，看不到其他工作人员。酒店位置在镇上，非常符合我们的旅行目的，毗邻扎什伦布寺，就在转经道的边缘，附近还有餐厅和一个热闹的当地街市。房间干净整洁，也算舒适，早餐也符合我们对中式早餐的预期。对于文化旅行者来说，是个不错的选择。

The hotel is fairly new and is located right next to Tashilhunpo Monastery (founded in 1447 and is considered by many to be the major attraction in Shigatse).||||Rooms are smallish, with only one chair and not much room for suitcases etc. What I liked about the room and bathroom was the brightness. The carpet was clean, bed comfortable and bedding clean. There was a humidifier (in the shape of kermit the frog) in the room as well and the split air conditioner actually worked! ||||The bathroom had a heater and the water pressure was good. The towels were clean and fairly thick.||||Breakfast was served in the restaurant located in another building. The breakfast selection was pretty mediocre.||||This is a good hotel to stay in if you are visiting Shigatse.

这家酒店比较新，紧邻扎什伦布寺（建于1447年，被许多人认为是日喀则的主要景点）。房间比较小，只有一把椅子，放行李箱之类的空间也不大。我喜欢房间和浴室的明亮程度。地毯很干净，床很舒服，床上用品也很干净。房间里还有一个加湿器（造型是科米蛙），而且分体式空调居然真的有效！浴室里有热水器，水压也很好。毛巾干净而且很厚实。早餐在另一栋楼里的餐厅供应，种类比较一般。如果您来日喀则旅游，这家酒店是个不错的选择。

Hotel located in center and neighbors with the Tashionpo manastery. Visitors can soend night here and next morning visit the tashionpo manastery. Large and clean but room a bit old. Dur to the manastery on mountain closed there sometimes your phone loss signal.

酒店位于市中心，毗邻塔什翁波寺。 游客可以在这里过夜，第二天早上再参观塔什翁波寺。酒店宽敞干净，但房间略显老旧。 由于山上的寺院关闭，手机有时会丢失信号。

We stayed at this hotel as part of our tour. Compared to other hotels in Shigatse, this one was very good, we enjoyed our stay.||||The location of the hotel is right next to the monastery, which we liked. Also, the street in front of the hotel has shops, banks and restaurants.||||The rooms were nearly of a western standard. The beds were very good, we slept well. Warm water worked well, so did the AC. Only the bathroom needs some renovation.||||Overall, we had a pleasant stay, would recommend this hotel.

我们此次旅行入住这家酒店。与日喀则其他酒店相比，这家酒店非常不错，我们住得很愉快。酒店位置就在寺庙旁边，我们很喜欢这一点。酒店门前的街道上也有商店、银行和餐馆。房间几乎达到了西式标准。床很舒服，我们睡得很好。热水和空调都运行良好。只是浴室需要翻新一下。总的来说，我们住得很愉快，会推荐这家酒店。

We made the big mistake and booked a tour with Tibet Travel / Access Tibet Tour. This travel agency managed to find the cheapest and crappiest hotels in whole Tibet. After several days in dirty hotel rooms without heating or running water we were really looking forward to stay at "VanRay International Resort".||Access Tibet Tour charged us 300 RMB on top of their regular hotel fee, which we were more than happy to pay, just to have a proper rest for one night. ||When we arrived at the hotel late in the evening the temperature in our room was around minus 10 degrees (same as outside). Although there was an aircon with heating functionality in the room, the temperature hardly went above 0 degrees because of the open architecture of the hotel and missing isolation. We could literally hear the cold wind blowing through from the door to the windows. ||Who cares about a cold room if you can take a hot shower to warm yourself up, right? Unfortunately there wasn't any warm water either in this hotel! We called the receptionist several times and they promised to take care of it each call... but nothing happened. After the 5th call they said that there's nothing they can do since the engineer already left and offered us a refund if we want to move to a different hotel. At that time it was midnight already!!! ||On top of the cold room + cold water the room was incredibly dirty (take a look at the pictures). Should you ever book a trip with Tibet Travel / Access Tibet Tour (which I do not recommend!!!) make sure that you take lots of disinfection spray and a sleeping bag with you, which you can put on top the hotel beds.

我们犯了个大错，预订了西藏旅游/Access Tibet Tour的行程。这家旅行社竟然能找到全西藏最便宜、最破的酒店。在又脏又乱、没有暖气也没有自来水的酒店房间里住了几天后，我们无比期待入住“VanRay International Resort”。Access Tibet Tour除了收取正常的酒店费用外，还额外收取了我们300元人民币，我们当然乐意支付，只求能好好休息一晚。晚上我们很晚才到达酒店，房间温度大约是零下10度（和室外一样）。虽然房间里有带制热功能的空调，但由于酒店是开放式建筑，隔热效果差，温度几乎没怎么升到零度以上。我们甚至能听到冷风从门吹到窗户。如果能洗个热水澡暖和一下，谁还在乎房间冷呢？可惜的是，这家酒店连热水都没有！我们给前台打了好几次电话，他们每次都答应会处理……但什么也没解决。打了五次电话后，他们说工程师已经走了，他们也无能为力，只提出如果我们换一家酒店可以退款。当时已经是午夜了！！！||除了房间冷、水也是冷的之外，房间还脏得令人难以置信（看看照片就知道了）。如果你要预订西藏旅行社/Access Tibet Tour的行程（我强烈不推荐！！！），一定要带上大量的消毒喷雾和睡袋，可以铺在酒店床上。
