Comfortable, well-maintained and clean hotel in the area at a cheap price. As we took flight to Lhasa instead of train, it's crucial for us to get enough rest to get used to the high altitude conditions. In the first two days, we were even unwilling to leave the hotel room and ordered room service meals only, and the quality of food is not bad too.

该地区舒适、维护良好且干净的酒店，价格便宜。由于我们是乘坐飞机而不是火车前往拉萨，因此充足的休息以适应高海拔条件对于我们来说至关重要。前两天我们连酒店房间都不愿意离开，只点了客房服务餐，而且食物的质量也不错。

The rooms are clean, tidy and well maintained. The heater works well which in Lhasa is a nice comfort. Bottled water is supplied and included in the room costs. Close to Jokhang Temple and walking distance to shops and cafes. The bathroom is fairly wheelchair accessible and can be managed independently, but there are stairs to enter the hotel at the entrance and assistance is needed. Staff were very helpful and assisted with all requirements needed of the wheelchair. Overall a good stay and would recommend four seasons to other travelers..

房间干净、整洁且维护良好。加热器运转良好，这在拉萨是一个很好的舒适。提供瓶装水并包含在房费中。靠近大昭寺，步行即可到达商店和咖啡馆。浴室还算方便轮椅通行，可以独立管理，但入口处有楼梯进入酒店，需要协助。工作人员非常乐于助人，并协助满足轮椅所需的所有要求。 总的来说，这是一次很好的住宿，会向其他旅行者推荐四个季节的住宿。

Took a vacation in Tibet and decided to have a better hotel (not too expensive) while resting in Lhasa, glad that we made this hotel as our base. Vividly recalled that we were half dead arriving at this hotel as we went over a 5000M mountain pass and all of us had the high elevation sickness, once check-in (was quick and front desk offer each of us a cup of tea), we hit the bed immediately and skipped dinner! As it was low season, we also got upgraded to a nicer/bigger room (platinum member helped too). The hotel is located in a quiet street with an unsuspecting facade - we couldn't even relate that to an international hotel when we first got there; I assume the inconspicuous facade is due to the adherence of the building code in that area?? The interior of the hotel is better but not of typical grand scale that one finds in other major Chinese city. Location of the hotel is good though, it is not far from Johkang monastry and Barkhor Square; less than 3km from Potala Palace. There are some local restaurants nearby too - important to note as the hotel's only restaurant has limited menu for lunch and dinner during low season. We have read about the quality of service at this hotel but found it acceptable (clean and staff politeness) - though we found a torn hand towel being offered in the room; it should have been discarded. Breakfast spread is acceptable but assuming the place will be crowded during peak season's morning. For those who have high elevation sickness, note that there is an in-house clinic within the premise and hotel guest can rent an oxygen tank in the room for a reasonable price, something one might need traveling in Tibet. Based on the service standard in Tibet, we think this hotel is deinitely above average and for its price, it is a good value stay and made our list.

在西藏度假，决定在拉萨休息时住一家更好的酒店（不是太贵），很高兴我们把这家酒店作为我们的基地。 清晰地记得我们到达这家酒店时已经半死不活了，因为我们要翻越5000M的山口，而且我们所有人都有高原反应，办理入住后（很快，前台给我们每人一杯茶），我们立即上床睡觉，不吃晚饭！ 由于是淡季，我们还升级到了更好/更大的房间（白金会员也有帮助）。 这家酒店坐落在一条安静的街道上，有着毫无戒心的外观——当我们第一次到达那里时，我们甚至无法将其与国际酒店联系起来。我认为不显眼的立面是由于遵守该地区的建筑规范？ 酒店的内部装修比较好，但不像中国其他主要城市那样规模宏大。 酒店位置还不错，离大昭寺和八角广场都不远；距离布达拉宫不到3公里。 附近也有一些当地餐厅 - 值得注意的是，酒店唯一的餐厅在淡季期间的午餐和晚餐菜单有限。 我们已经了解了这家酒店的服务质量，但发现它可以接受（干净且员工礼貌） - 尽管我们发现房间里提供了一条撕破的手巾；它应该被丢弃。 早餐种类还可以接受，但假设旺季的早上这个地方会很拥挤。 对于那些患有高原反应的人，请注意，酒店内设有内部诊所，酒店客人可以以合理的价格在房间内租用氧气瓶，这可能是去西藏旅行时需要的。 根据西藏的服务标准，我们认为这家酒店绝对高于平均水平，而且就其价格而言，这是一次物超所值的住宿，并列入了我们的名单。

I stayed here for a short holiday for 4 nights recently. I liked the location a lot as its in a quieter area. This hotel is quite old and needs a lot of upgrades. Rooms were fine and the hot water took too long to come whenever I opened the faucet. The carpets on the elevators and hallways all seemed to be very old with a lot of stains everywhere. They all smell of smoke which was extremely unpleasant.||||The front desk staff was good and fast with our checkings and checkouts. She did say due to the winter and low season they have a very few staff working there at the moment. The rest of the staff barely spoke any English. With Lhasa's high altitude and dry air, I ask for more water than the normal amount and the front desk lady made it happen which was good.||||Breakfast wasn't great. Choices were very little and mostly were Chinese type dishes. The drinks and coffee often ran out and by the time they refilled it, I'd have finished my breakfast. Plus it was hard as no one spoke much English there. Bread items were not very fresh and they gave me very oily slices of bacon. I asked for a scrambled egg but it was just a fried egg shredded into pieces.||||I was having a short meeting at the restaurant with a local friend at one afternoon and staff came and said 'you cannot meet here' and we had to go out. I have been in even 2-star hotels and they politely state their case, reason and show us an alternative. We came to the lobby and were showed a room where we could meet. The couches and tables all were very dusty.||||I've been to Tibet many times and I know most properties there all are way below the star rating they say in comparison to the international standards. Not much here if staff will greet you or ask you how your day went. My suggestion is to greet and offer tea/coffee which makes the stay much nicer.||||Without a doubt I state this hotel at its state should not be a sheraton name if it is then its got to do a lot of upgrades which rests in the hands of the management. Property is nice and on the positive side I do see potential. I hope changes are made here.

5月15日入住福朋酒店，门面不大，不在主路上。入住时提供藏茶，入住办理还算OK，就一个前台，需要等下。总共住3天，对酒店设施和环境感觉一般，毕竟福朋的定位也会低一些。不过隔壁楼进行楼体装修，噪音很大。入住时前台没有提醒下。 最让我无法接受的是，离店的时候拿信用卡进行消费结账，前台居然没有给我取消预授权，并且在我离店后2天的时候再次给我进行了消费扣款，我是接到银行短信通知才知道此情况，然后我第一时间打电话到福朋前台，前台接待把我的信息询问完之后和我说稍后给我回复。之后我就接到消费取消的短信通知，但是前台接待再也没有联系过我。这种不负责任的行为让我对这个酒店的前台服务及财务审计很是担忧。如果我没有发现这笔消费，是不是我就会平白无故的损失一笔钱而且酒店方面没有任何的通知。。。。以后再也不敢在喜达屋入住时候刷预授权了。

去过很多地方旅行，也住过很多好的酒店。怎么说呢，这家酒店在拉萨还算不错，前台服务很好，房间设施中规中矩，要是跟内地比确实一般也就是三星标准。这次去拉萨最深的体会就是要住好酒店，一旦出现高反可以及时治疗。酒店位置不错，但必须吐槽的是早餐，真心不好。

這家酒店硬件很好，有庭園可以休憩。所有員工都笑容親切，會主動奉茶和幫忙。房間寬敞光線充足，大床也很舒適。而且酒店位置很好，可以徒步走到八廓街，附近也有不少商店餐廳，十分方便。

到达酒店后礼宾人员给予了非常热情的服务，前台接待人员给予了我相应的房型升级，表现的非常专业。酒店离主要景点还是有点距离的。酒店建筑并不高，体现了对拉萨民族信仰的尊重。比较遗憾的是我的房间的网络信号覆盖很差。晚上自助餐的质量还可以接受，有板烧和海鲜，餐厅的服务人员都很热情。
