小西湖大酒店

We are on a Custom tour and tour guide said this is the best in the area. Hotel seems relatively new but run down. Toilet leaks clean water on floor every time during a flush. Bed is uncomfortably hard. Dust is everywhere. Wall paper peeling at all the seams. phone had no dial tone. No service to bring bags to room or from room to lobby. Our tour guides had to do it. Hallway lights are off during day time but too dark to see and walk safely, especially the stairs. Breakfast buffet is a joke with congee, plain noodles, plain vegetables and plain steam buns and buns with pork. No tea or coffee. When you walk in they give you one hard boiled egg. The hotel is large, hosting multiple Chinese tour groups. They mobbed the small area with the food. You can’t get near it unless you like to be pushed or shoved. Breakfast starts at 7 AM and by 7:20 everyone is gone and only food left are plain noodles and plain steam buns. If they didn’t hand out the egg, I would not even get one. Considered alternative.

我们参加的是定制旅行团，导游说这是附近最好的酒店。酒店看起来比较新，但很破旧。每次冲马桶，干净的水都会漏到地板上。床硬得不舒服。到处都是灰尘。墙纸的接缝处都翘起来了。电话没有拨号音。没有服务可以把行李送到房间或从房间送到大堂。我们的导游不得不帮忙。走廊的灯白天是关着的，但里面太黑了，根本看不清路，走路也不安全，尤其是楼梯。自助早餐简直是个笑话，只有粥、白面条、白蔬菜、白包子和猪肉包子。没有茶也没有咖啡。进去的时候，他们会给你一个煮鸡蛋。酒店很大，接待了很多中国旅行团。他们把食物堆在狭小的区域里。除非你喜欢被人推来推去，否则根本挤不进去。早餐早上7点开始，到7点20分就全走了，只剩下白面条和白包子。要不是他们发鸡蛋，我连一个都不会拿。可考虑的替代方案。
