Four Points By Sheraton Shenzhou Peninsula

The stay at the 4points by Sheraton Shenzhou Peninsula was very enjoyable. From Sanya Airport we took the HSR to Shenzhou station and ordered a Didi there to take us to the hotel (~20min). Apparently there is also an Airport shuttle service by the hotel but to my knowledge it isnt free and only goes 2 times a day. Anyways, once there, the check in was quick and convenient. The walk to the room at the east end was quite long (big hotel). The room was quite big, clean and had all necessary equipment, but it is noticeable that everything has come to an age or appeared to be worn out a little. Also the bathroom always smelled a bit „smokey“ and there was also an noticeable smell from the toilet drainage. All in all the room was still satisfying yet it comes at a quite expensive price where you could expect better. The breakfast had many meal choices, but nothing that was over the top. Especially the very limited fruit offer on a tropical island like Hainan was disappointing. For a Trip-5 Star-hotel at this price point it could do better. The outside facilities of the hotel were very nice and relatively well maintained. The big pool was a highlight. Also its location directly at the sea with a big beautiful beach is nice. But yet again the downside is you are not allowed to swim in the sea. Yet always someone was trying to sell some surfing courses, jetski ride or other activities. I understand the safety concern, but as an experienced swimmer with lifeguard training it was a bit ridiculous. Still having a long sunset walk at the beach is amazing. For having dinner, there are a few decent choices in the 1km footwalk vicinity. Some restaurant areas can be reached by walking down the beach. My favorite though was the „Corona-Bar“ directly in front of the hotel, which serves semi-authentic Mexican dishes and nice cocktails. It comes at a higher price point, but if you make the correct food choices it is very delicious. Check out was also quick and comfortable and to summarize, we had an enjoyable stay. I only think for the price you pay there is still some space for little improvements by the hotel.

在神州半岛喜来登4点酒店的住宿体验非常愉快。从三亚机场出发，我们乘坐高铁到神州站，并在那里叫了一辆滴滴车送我们到酒店（约20分钟）。显然酒店还提供机场班车服务，但据我所知，它不是免费的，而且每天只发两次。不管怎样，到达那里后，办理入住手续又快又方便。步行到东端的房间很长（大酒店）。房间很大，很干净，有所有必要的设备，但值得注意的是，一切都已经有些年头了，或者看起来有点破旧了。此外，浴室总是闻起来有点“烟味”，厕所排水系统也有明显的气味。总而言之，房间仍然令人满意，但价格相当昂贵，你可以期待更好的。早餐有很多餐点选择，但没有什么是顶级的。尤其是像海南这样的热带岛屿上提供的水果非常有限，令人失望。对于这个价位的 Trip-5 星级酒店来说，它可以做得更好。酒店的外部设施非常好，维护得也比较好。大泳池是一个亮点。而且它的位置就在海边，有一个美丽的大海滩，这也很好。但同样的缺点是你不能在海里游泳。然而，总是有人试图出售一些冲浪课程、水上摩托艇或其他活动。我理解安全问题，但作为一名受过救生员培训的经验丰富的游泳运动员，这有点荒谬。日落时分在海滩上散步还是很美妙的。晚餐的话，1公里步道附近有一些不错的选择。沿着海滩步行即可到达一些餐厅区。我最喜欢的是酒店前面的“Corona-Bar”，那里供应半正宗的墨西哥菜肴和美味的鸡尾酒。它的价格较高，但如果你选择正确的食物，它会非常美味。退房也很快、很舒适，总而言之，我们住得很愉快。我只是认为对于你支付的价格来说，酒店还有一些改进的空间。

What a great place on the beach. Beach strolls and glorious sunsets viewed from the iconic Casa Corona was the daily routine.Price to stay was reasonable, service and staff overall good. An amazing swimming pool that was virtually empty the whole time.Spacious rooms and a well equipped gym. With a world class golf course minutes away it was a memorable stay.

海滩上真是个好地方。海滩漫步和从标志性的卡罗娜 (Casa Corona) 欣赏壮丽的日落是每天的例行公事。住宿价格合理，服务和工作人员总体都很好。一个令人惊叹的游泳池，实际上一直都是空的。宽敞的房间和设备齐全的健身房。距世界一流的高尔夫球场仅几分钟路程，这是一次难忘的住宿。

We had a very pleasant stay, the hotel is perfectly located at the doorstep of the beach, great swimming pool, nice rooms, good breakfast with choice. The service is top notch, we had a personal assistant called Angelina who was a real angel and was very caring of of needs and was always there to help, a lot of small attentions and care, warmly recommend.

一家人计划5月错峰三亚游，安排行程的时候计划去万宁玩，综合对比以后选择了福朋，由于是白金会员，所以提前沟通想要求升级海景套房房型，电话给宾客经理后说明来意，直接添加了微信沟通，因为是7周年结婚纪念，也跟管家提了一下，到酒店时，礼宾部主动打招呼，帮忙开车门搬行李，由于到酒店比较早，客房还没有退房，只能先办理入住，然后去酒店周边玩，期间收到管家提醒说已经可以入住，于是拿了房卡去房间，当看到房间号577时很惊讶管家的用心，进入房间时被精心的布置瞬间打动了，细节满满，从卫生，空气，仪式感等方面全部都考虑到了，再次感谢宾客服务管家Lion的用心，感谢福朋喜来登整体员工的主动服务，也感谢福朋喜来登管理层提供了如此优秀的员工。使我们全家有了一次愉快的难忘的旅程！祝福朋喜来登越来越好！

The hotel is beautifully situated with its own beach. The landscaping and grounds are picturesque as are the ocean views. I have previously stayed in big hotels in Sanya that involve long walks to the facilities and the beach. However, this hotel is really nicely sized. The lagoon pools and infinity pools were great, though I did wonder a bit about the cleanliness levels. I was initially concerned about reviews saying the place looked aged, but in person the rooms seemed fine, spacious and clean. The service was excellent on every level. They did not have a business center but they helped me out with some business needs. The breakfast was diverse and they made sure to keep the buffet filled up despite a large number of diners. All in all, it was a very refreshing and enjoyable stay. Note that taking a train from Sanya Airport to Wanning is not difficult and economical if the timing works well for your flights.

酒店地理位置优越，拥有自己的海滩。景观和庭院风景如画，海景也是如此。我以前在三亚住过大酒店，需要走很长的路才能到达设施和海滩。然而，这家酒店的规模确实很大。泻湖泳池和无边泳池很棒，尽管我确实对清洁程度有些疑问。最初我很担心评论说这个地方看起来很旧，但就我个人而言，房间看起来不错、宽敞、干净。各个层面的服务都非常出色。他们没有商务中心，但他们帮助我解决了一些业务需求。早餐很多样化，尽管食客很多，但他们还是确保自助餐吃得饱。总而言之，这是一次非常清爽和愉快的住宿。请注意，如果您的航班时机合适，乘坐火车从三亚机场到万宁并不困难且经济。

2021年暑假住宿的补充，答应酒店要写一下评价，一直繁忙才补充。||去年暑假，孩子在万宁学冲浪。我和太太最后一天去接，提前约了这家福朋喜来登。本来也没有很高预期，毕竟不是万豪系的高端酒店。没想到入住后有惊艳的感觉，尤其适合家庭带娃的旅行。||太太正好脚扭了无法走路，到达酒店后，当天入住人数很多。但酒店看到我们的特殊情况，特地派一个工作人员给我们拿来了轮椅，并派人专人推着，让我们能够避免大队，提前办理了入住。细心的态度值得赞一个。||万豪白金卡，临时提出来是否有机会升级一个房间，因为有孩子一起。大堂经理很快就帮忙协调了一间套房。没想到这套房是最大的惊喜。其实是一个两居室（没有客厅了，两个卧室，每个卧室一个大床），适合带娃的家庭，尤其是两个娃。完美的解决了睡的问题。这比很多酒店升级套房后还要打地铺给娃睡实惠很多。||酒店离冲浪胜地很近，非常方便；餐饮也能满足家庭美食需求。||退房时非常感谢酒店对太太的照顾，一次非常愉快的经历。希望以后还有机会来。

下午三点办的入住，酒店一进门，礼宾没有没带，低头玩手机吧应该，连头都懒得抬起来看一眼，前台办入住，过去的时候没人，办理到一半，我在低头找身份证的时候有其他客人擦了过来，接待又去给其他人办理了，于是又等了很久，办入住全程没有微笑！全程没有！机器人一般…… 酒店也没有住很多人，却给安排了一间离前台，离海边，离餐厅都挺远的房间！还是几栋楼的夹角，私密性很差，晚上还能听见另外一栋楼层客人的聊天，如拉开窗帘自己的阳台和房间就被人一览无余！毕竟是个老酒店，房间设施保养的还行！就是房间居然没有淋浴间，只能小心翼翼的现在浴缸里洗澡！真是太“人性化”了！再来说说酒店的早餐吧，整体还行，餐厅服务人员都还挺好，有微笑有服务，菜品西式的还行，中式的炒饭炒菜让人看了没食欲！有自动咖啡机，旁边配的糖包不知道为什么我拿到两包漏气的糖包！餐厅男洗手间离得也够远的！ 海边很漂亮，泳池封锁也不知道维护啥！绿化还行，可能入住率原因喷泉啥的都没开，可是入住率低不是更是考验软服务的时候吗？

This hotel was amazing. A little old and out of date but perfect in every other way. My favourite part was the infinity pool looking over the beach and the ocean, I could spend the whole day in the pool. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel gym was one of the best I've used. Absolutely great breakfast, always fresh and tasty. The hotel restaurant had exceptionally good prices and great quality. The hotel was extremely clean with staff keeping it clean day and night. The hotel is close to some shops and restaurants that are affordable but the area is not too busy. In my opinion this is the best location and hotel to stay at in Hainan.

这家酒店太棒了。有点旧和过时，但在其他方面都很完美。我最喜欢的部分是无边泳池，俯瞰着海滩和大海，我可以在泳池里度过一整天。酒店的工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。酒店的健身房是我用过的最好的健身房之一。绝对美味的早餐，总是新鲜可口。酒店餐厅的价格非常优惠，质量也非常好。酒店非常干净，工作人员日夜保持清洁。酒店靠近一些价格实惠的商店和餐馆，但该地区不太繁忙。我认为这是海南最好的位置和住宿的酒店。
