Great trop in Thais historical place . The hotel is very well located in a very easy access area. The room very comfortable and the attention of the people at the reception amazing .

Folksy, warm, accommodating and helpful staff. They are genuinely nice people. Hotel is located close to the Baoding East train station. Very convenient for travelers.Their rates are very affordable. All in all, a very good stay for me.

酒店员工热情友好，乐于助人，非常亲切。酒店位置靠近保定东站，交通便利，价格也很实惠。总而言之，这是一次非常愉快的住宿体验。

I'm a business tourist from the USA, stayed at this hotel almost 2 weeks and they all made me feel at home. This hotel excels in customer service...and I don't say that lightly. I've stayed in almost 12 different hotels in my extensive travels across China and in general, hotel personnel attitudes tend to be cold, formal and impersonal. But staff at this hotel....from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning staff are very personable, warm and friendly. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet, kind, friendly and helpful. The lady that checked me in was very nice. Another front desk lady (she told me not to mention her name) went out of her way to spend hours on the phone and online to help me resolve some serious online order logistics issues because I don't speak Chinese. If I was looking for a Chinese wife, I woulda sly slid a wedding ring on her finger before she knows what hit her 😜😂I sure 'nuff enjoyed my stay....and heck yeah I'll be back!!!

我是一名来自美国的商务游客，在这家酒店住了将近两周，所有人都让我感觉宾至如归。这家酒店的客户服务非常出色……我可不是随便说说。我在中国各地旅行，住过近12家不同的酒店，通常来说，酒店员工的态度都比较冷漠、正式、缺乏人情味。但这家酒店的员工……从前台到餐厅再到清洁人员，都非常亲切、热情友好。前台的女士们超级甜美、善良、友好、乐于助人。帮我办理入住的那位女士非常和蔼。另一位前台女士（她让我不要透露她的名字）因为我不会说中文，所以花了几个小时打电话和上网帮我解决一些棘手的网上订单物流问题。如果我正在寻找一位中国妻子，我肯定会在她反应过来之前偷偷给她戴上结婚戒指😜😂我非常享受这次入住体验……当然，我还会再来的！！！

Location so so, outside road construction, nothing much nearby outing, no supermarkets around. Hotel also looks old

位置一般，外面就是修路的地方，附近没什么可逛的，也没有超市。酒店看起来也比较老旧。

Convenient location near public transit, quiet, room without cigarette smell available upon request, recommended! :)
