酒店出發往黃龍九寨溝都方便，也有高鐵接駁，房間也大此外，友善溫暖的工作人員，美麗的窗外風景，都讓我印象深刻，不過酒店沒有洗衣間

對於自由行採公共運輸的旅者而言，對住宿方提供的接送服務或住離的方便性是特別重視的，此處提供了接站（機）服務，又有簡便的餐食服務，讓其雖然交通上有些不便，但是也算不錯的旅居處，cp值也很高。前台服務人員非常熱心協助某些需求，也值得肯定。

是一間CP值很高的酒店， 有三人房間， 價錢平宜， 衛生環境不錯， 建議 放多一些厠紙在洗手間。前台也很好 停車位足夠。 到市中心12分鐘 很方便。早餐還可以。值得推介，厠所抽風很強 衣服很快乾。

The hotel is located pretty near to Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport, around 6-7 km, hence the location is perfect for travelers who arrive by evening flight who wish to visit Huanglong Scenic Area before proceeding to Jiuzhaigou, like us. The hotel provides airport transfer from Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport to the hotel for free. You need to call them on the day of departure/arrival at 9 AM to arrange for airport transfer. You also need a local phone number or WeChat account in order to communicate with the chauffeur. They charge RMB 50 for return transfer back to the airport. The chauffeur, Mr Gen, also drove us to and from Huanglong back to hotel the next day for RMB 200. Mr Gen was extremely helpful. My sister slipped and fell while in Huanglong and needed to go to hospital. He drove us to a local hospital and waited patiently for us to finish seeing doctor, getting x-ray done and getting medicine. Xiao Tai at front desk was friendly and helpful. She provided us a few bottles of water before we went to Huanglong. The restaurant staff was also very helpful. As the restaurant was extremely crowded during dinner, we requested for room service and they delivered our order to our room with no extra charges.

酒店距离九寨黄龙机场很近，大约6-7公里，对于像我们一样乘坐晚间航班抵达，并希望在前往九寨沟之前游览黄龙风景区的旅客来说，地理位置非常理想。酒店提供从九寨黄龙机场到酒店的免费接送服务。您需要在出发/到达当天上午9点致电酒店安排接送。您还需要提供当地的电话号码或微信账号以便与司机联系。往返机场的接送费用为50元人民币。第二天，司机根先生也开车送我们往返黄龙和酒店，费用为200元人民币。根先生非常热心。我妹妹在黄龙滑倒摔伤，需要去医院。他开车送我们去当地医院，并耐心等待我们看完医生、拍完X光片、拿到药。前台的小泰也很友好热情，在我们去黄龙之前，她给了我们几瓶水。餐厅工作人员也非常热情周到。由于晚餐时间餐厅人满为患，我们要求客房送餐服务，他们免费将餐点送到了我们的房间。

Disappointing service - the hotel is out of practice. Although we had a nice view, the room smelled of smoke and the TV didn’t work. A bigger problem was the Wifi - this did not work at all. They took 2 hours to attempt to send someone to fix it - at which point someone can hammering on our door at 10pm and it was too late. The restaurant dinner was good however.

服务令人失望——这家酒店显然已经落伍了。虽然房间景色不错，但弥漫着烟味，电视也坏了。更糟糕的是无线网络——根本连不上。他们花了两个小时才派人来修，结果晚上十点有人开始猛敲我们的房门，一切都太晚了。不过，餐厅的晚餐还不错。

Great, clean ,comfortable,very excellent view , good dinner and authentic ambience of Tibetian.

很棒，干净，舒适，景色绝佳，晚餐美味，充满地道的藏式氛围。
