I strongly advise against booking this hotel. The central air conditioning system, seemingly for cost-cutting purposes, rendered the rooms inoperable. The temperature soared to 30 degrees, leading to symptoms of nausea due to inadequate air circulation and oxygen deficiency for three out of four individuals in our party. Despite multiple complaints, we received no satisfactory solutions. The only resolution offered was to open windows and provide a fan. However, the windows could only be opened slightly and were ineffective. The General Manager, rather than investigating, chose to conceal the facts and evade responsibility, displaying an unprofessional approach. This experience has left us profoundly disappointed in Hilton's management. The hotel's cost-saving measure of not operating the air conditioning has severely impacted guests and is highly alarming. Such behavior is unacceptable.

我强烈建议不要预订这家酒店。中央空调系统似乎是为了削减成本，导致房间无法使用。气温飙升至30度，导致我们一行四分之三的人因空气流通不畅和缺氧而出现恶心症状。 尽管多次投诉，我们仍没有得到满意的解决方案。唯一提供的解决方案是打开窗户并提供风扇。但窗户只能微开，并没有什么作用。总经理不但没有调查，反而隐瞒事实、逃避责任，表现出不专业的态度。这次经历让我们对希尔顿的管理深感失望。 酒店不开空调的节约成本措施对客人造成了严重影响，令人高度警惕。这种行为是不可接受的。

早有耳闻东景希尔顿非常优秀，所以到贵阳过夜专机特意选择了该酒店入住，事实证明之前的选择非常正确，本次入住体验非常完美。前厅David帮忙办理CI，询问得知是首次入住后，非常详细地介绍了酒店的相关情况以及设施设备的位置、开放时间，礼貌且热情，所以第一印象就很好。回房间放好行李后到酒廊吃点东西，惊喜且意外的是前后不过十分钟左右的时间，酒廊小姐姐就可以通过房间号记住客人的姓氏，用心之处绝对令人感动，在此也要感谢行政酒廊当天当值的刘欣、方丽、以及另一位戴眼镜但我忘了名字的小姐姐，她们的热情和专心也正是酒店管理团队企业理念的缩影。酒店很新，房间体验很优秀，卫生到位，维护保养得也不错。次日的早餐体验包括领位，蔬菜汁送到餐桌并提供蜂蜜，蛋档的提供特殊定制以及少见的法式蛋奶吐司，妥妥都是加分项。疫情几年的大浪淘沙，很多酒店默默从我们视线中淡出了，业主是不是专心在做酒店，管理团队是不是在注重住客体验的同时也关注着员工认同感从而获得一个良性的正向循环，通过这次短暂的停留所感受到的处处细节。我想可以给出一个肯定的答案，东景希尔顿做到了。感谢礼宾、前厅、酒廊、餐饮和客房各个部门的通力合作，给住客提供了卓越的品质体验。一百年的希尔顿，你们是西南地区当之无愧的旗舰之作。

This hotel the central air control had big problems. 4 of us for two rooms and 3 got sick because their air system is not working. This hotel try to save money without air conditioning. We lived at temperature high than 30 degrees. We requested repairs and the guy told us cannot do anything. Because they try to save money. 3 people got sick for two nights here. We requested full refund and they refused and try to make things worse. We very disappointed with this hotel. The manager try to hide something.

这家酒店的中央空调有很大的问题。我们 4 个人住了两个房间，其中 3 个人因为他们的空气系统坏了而生病了。这家酒店尽量省钱，没有空调。我们生活的温度超过30度。我们要求维修，那人告诉我们无能为力。因为他们想省钱。 3个人在这里住了两个晚上生病了。我们要求全额退款，但他们拒绝了，并试图让事情变得更糟。我们对这家酒店非常失望。经理试图隐瞒一些事情。

貴陽高尚名牌酒店, 酒店服務員態度親切, 細心服務, 特別是管家 Frank 及 Willie 對住客專業態度, 提升酒店的名品牌形象, 值得再次入住.

酒店硬件按照希爾頓集團的標準，而且保養得宜，自助餐餐廳、行政酒廊、健身中心、收執房間的服務很到位，對客人有禮，主動。入住時Eric主動詢問我們的房間細節、早餐、停車等方面有没有需要，然后相應安排，全程專業、細心高效，细致周到。早餐西點類做得非常好，而且酒店會員區設有貴州特色牛肉粉及腸旺麵專區。以後来贵陽，希爾顿是首選。

Wonderful room services. Very new hotel with wonderful breakfast. My parents and me join a local tour group in Guizhou province and the first day stay is here. We are very satisfied with everything here.

很棒的客房服务。非常新的酒店，早餐很棒。我和父母参加了贵州省当地的旅游团，第一天的住宿就在这里。我们对这里的一切都非常满意。

前台服務態度好差，游泳池的服務態度好差！收費每日不同，－天比一天貴，在綱上付款後，去去酒店還要重新再付，說是網絡上預付不可退款，下次決對不去住了，上當受騙！價錢貴，還不包早餐。周邊的酒店比它便，只是它的－半，还包早餐。

This hilton is pretty new but the rooms while modern, feel much tighter than the listed sizes. The executive lounge while listed online, has never opened according to the staff since the property opened. Didn't have an opportunity to use the pool and as others had noted, it's quite far from the city center unless you're driving yourself, which there is plenty of driving plus charging facilities. ||||Overall the property is what you might expect of a conference center style Hilton. There are no family or children facilities as is listed here and in terms of upgrades as a Diamond member, I would say don't expect much here, even with the property being fairly empty. ||||I passed on the Sofitel this trip to check out this Hilton but would note the Sofitel is much better than this property especially if you have any ALL status.
