入住该酒店行政套房，已经是除了总套外最佳房型。|入住前询问有人询问入住相关需求，提出了针对聚会进行简单布置。实际没有布置，没有会员欢迎礼，没有夜床服务。|第一间房淋浴系统损坏，标记为关闭的地方实际上是喷水，喷了一身。|酒店反馈可以给换到隔壁房间（同房型）或楼下普通套房。本次住宿为全款预定，非会籍升级（也没有给升级）|换到隔壁后，空调是坏的无法启动。酒店管理人员称只是之前没开，稍后就好。直到凌晨一点，房间内越来越热，空调设置为16度却完全不降温（倒是吹风）|热得一身汗睡不着，叫酒店来人看。管理人员来房间表示还好不热，空调可能是主机没有打开。随后打电话让开机。|过了四十分钟仍然很热，管理人员认为空调已开，不断询问“是否感觉凉快了”，但房间内完全没变化，一样很热。|最终两点多叫检修人员检修，三点左右发现确实空调没有工作，检修人员说“电动阀没有打开”，管理人员才承认确实空调不行。|由于很困，且只检修完成一台空调，只能要求回到淋浴设备不正常的房间睡觉。|此后相关问题酒店再也没有提过，也没有反馈。|

This is the hotel to stay in Guiyang! One of the best Hyatt Regency we have stayed in China. Beautiful environment lots of trees and walking trail right behind hotel with waterfall. Hotel staff service us first class. Very helpful responsive and respectful. Great breakfast and club lounge. Walk to lots of restaurants and shops. Great location and good value!

「貴阳中天凱悅酒店」整體設計都表現出中華央央大國的鵬博大器並結合貴州地貌與風俗文化的創意設計風格都令人驚豔，環境清幽靜謐及以客為尊的服務，很慶幸在攜程網站預訂連續住兩晚，為了趕早去畢節景區及早班飛機返台，雖然沒有機會享用酒店的早餐，但在離境前夕還是請櫃臺人員幫忙預訂自助晚餐，餐點豐富美味特別是甜點「拿坡倫」各層酥脆甜而不膩，謝謝酒店提供的住宿環境及服務，期待下次再來貴州旅遊時能再度入住！

I had to call customer service who talked to the hotel maneger to have them honor the guest of honor benefits. Even after they honored those benefits, they still were not willing to upgrade to standard suite, even though there were plenty available. They said the suite was for the real 'globalist', not 'guest of honor' guests.

Globalist member ,room was upgraded to regency suite. live this hotel every times , super nice stuff, room was clean and nice . breakfast is very good . Swimming poor and fitness center very nice . Definitely will come back .

Had a great experience at the hotel. The location is pretty amazing with the hotel backing up to a huge city park. One can walk to the park from the hotel and explore for hours across the street from the hotel are some pretty fantastic restaurants both higher end and street food style local fare. Our giant suite was an amazing bargain. Consider the number of hotel points we used compared to what you get for the same number of points in the United States. It’s a pretty insane deal. We also had access to a special area with self-service high-quality afternoon foods and cocktails that we took advantage of. We had excellent service from Harris Liu, who took the time to accommodate us in our special request several times, including getting a special taxi to the somewhat distant national park.

I was in Guiyang for two nights for a company outing. For the first night, I stayed in a standard suite, on the second night, I booked an executive suite.|||- The staff are very professional. For example, when I was checking out, since it was not busy, Christina walked me outside, and we chit chat a bit while waiting for my ride to the airport, I talked about the book in the room about various Hyatt hotels and its surroundings. She asked me if I would like the book, and quickly contacted a staff to retrieve the book for me and gave it to me just as my ride to airport arrives. That was very delightful, and definitely earned me as a returning customer. |- The lobby is crazy spacious, one of the largest lobby I've ever seen in my life. There is also a great meeting place down stairs. So I'm very impressed with the common area.|- These suites are very large, the executive suite is over 100 square meters. However, the floor is definitely showing its age.|- Breakfast was quite heretic. There are lot of people. The first day, after giving out my room number, no one showed me to a table, and left me to my own device.
