Very Nice property, Well Maintained, Ideal for families . Something different from normal hotel . Independent villa with good surroundings, coconut trees ,swimming pools . I stayed here with my family. Very nice and peaceful location. Kids enjoyed a lot . Walkable distance from the beach.

We just had stayed at Urban breeze with group of friends. The furniture was broken , lights were hanging. Swimming was not at all maintained. The Quantity of food was very poor. In all not happy for the cost they charge.

We booked for 12 PPL but got food for 9 PPL only... Very unprofessional attitude of property manager lady...she blocked out number to avoid further complaints... Also local people are more welcoming ... These are bunch of outsiders trying to make quick bucks... In 35 k we recieved worst service ...please avoid
