StayVista at Mocha House | Villa with Swimming Pool in Lonavala

We had a great experience at Mocha Villa! The place is extremely spacious, making it perfect for a group of 10–15 people. It’s tucked away in a quiet, secluded spot — ideal for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the indoor pool. The villa has been thoughtfully designed to feel warm and cozy, and Ankush, the on-site helper, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He truly made us feel at home. Also, its a pet friendly villa. ( but stayvista charges for pets)

I'm sad that Google doesn't have a 4.5 rating. Because that's the accurate rating this deserves. While the property is remote, it's made well. Good rooms, common areas that can accommodate 15-20 guests, and outdoor playing area. The pool's not very big, but good. Hope they fix the damage from the leakage soon. But the real charmer is the service. Ankush (the caretaker) is amazing - extremely responsive and helpful, giving us all the support we need. The kitchen team with Jatin fed us so well - tasty, timely and accommodating all our requests. Smiling faces - all through the day. I will rate their service 11/10. Loved our experience. Would have loved to spend one night more.

I had an incredible stay at mocha villa! The property is absolutely stunning, beautiful decor, Everything was impeccably clean, and all the amenities worked seamlessly. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat ! The caretaker, Ankush and his family are really sweet went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

The service and food was exceptional. A special mention to Chef Jabir, Abdul from Butler Service and the caretaker Ankush for making the stay super comfortable. The only issue was with the policies of StayVista and how they harass you for payment for meals for the next day every few minutes threatening that they won’t arrange food if we don’t make an immediate pre payment before every meal. We went as a family. You should check the guest profile before constantly harassing them for a payment that can be easily collected during checkout like other vacation rental services do. If we have paid 1L+ for the property, we’re certainly not absconding, especially when everyone has been in the villa all day. StayVista need to relook their policies and train their support staff on being more courteous
