**A Stay Filled with Disappointments** Our stay at this property was deeply frustrating from beginning to end. It started with a sudden cancellation that left us scrambling for options: either accept a refund or pay significantly more for an upgrade. Communication was a constant issue, with check-in details arriving at 12:30 AM after countless attempts to reach the staff. Safety was a serious concern during our visit. We spotted a snake near the pool, and to our dismay, no measures were taken to address the situation or ensure the safety of guests. The dining experience was also a letdown. The vegetables were bland and poorly prepared, while the non-vegetarian dishes were borderline inedible. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. Plumbing problems plagued our stay—one of the bathrooms had no hot water, and several toilets were broken and unusable. The lack of responsiveness from the staff only added to our frustration. They seemed indifferent to guest concerns and made no effort to resolve the issues we raised. Overall, this stay was a string of disappointments, and I cannot recommend this property. I would rate it a 1/10.

CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE Red Stone Villas was a disappointment. Our reservation was canceled just a day before, with only a refund or an upgrade to a more expensive villa as options. We had to beg for check-in details, which were sent at a ridiculous hour. Safety was an issue, as we found a snake near the pool with no preventive measures in place. The food was overpriced and poorly prepared—vegetarian options were terrible, and the non-vegetarian food was equally bad. Additionally, one bathroom lacked hot water, and flushes were faulty. The staff was unhelpful and disinterested. Find a better place to stay.

BAD EXPERIENCE Food: 2/10 Hospitality standards: 0/10 Ambience: 7/10 If you make the mistake of booking with them. Please don’t order food from here. Your pav bhaji will taste like Biryani. The chicken will taste like foot and if your favourite paneer tikka is paneer cubed and dipped in ketchup and chilli powder, go for it. The managers don’t care how your experience is. They are neither helpful nor empathetic. There aren’t enough safety protocols in place, spotted a snake in the backyard, no preventative measures or drill in case of an incident was in place. Don’t stay here. Pay extra for a different property, but please don’t let them ruin your experience too.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with the reception at Redstone Villa. I spent an entire day dealing with their staff to finalize my booking, negotiate prices, and complete all necessary formalities. Despite the time and effort invested, the whole process was an utter disaster. They took an unreasonable amount of time to check availability and confirm the booking details. After what felt like endless negotiations and formalities, they assured me that everything was settled. However, to my absolute shock, at the end of the day, the reception staff abruptly canceled my booking. They casually mentioned that they do not accept single-day bookings, something that could have been communicated right from the start. This information was withheld until the very last moment, causing me immense inconvenience and frustration. Not only did I waste an entire day at the reception, but I was also left scrambling to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessionalism displayed by the reception team are inexcusable. Overall, my experience with Redstone Villa's reception was horrendous. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice, as their booking process is highly unreliable and poorly managed. Fraudulent hotel.

Rooms are specious & well maintained .. the worst thing is management as they are not having coordination specially terms of Food .. They charged the way they wanted ... We have charged Rs. 750/- per person food for one time dinner!! The quantity is also not sufficient as per food price. Totally disappointed with the management as they are totally non corporate..
