Hashtag Villa In Lonavala

Okayish, but not worth the price! Villa pictures appear more beautiful than they actually are. Cleaning was subpar, pool wasn't clean before we arrived, the top was closed for some work, which totally took away the best part about the villa.

We had a highly disappointing experience. The photos on Google are misleading and should not be trusted. Despite there being no electricity in the entire locality, the owner, who was aware of the situation beforehand, did not inform us. We checked in at 2 PM to find the property in poor condition, even though we notified the owner an hour prior to our arrival. The toilets were unclean, and there was no water in any bathrooms. Although the owner knew about the electricity issue, we were only provided with a generator around 5 or 6 PM, which did not power some fans or air conditioning units. When we explained our situation and requested a refund, the owner was uncooperative and rude. We had to find alternative accommodation with a 3-year-old child. Unfortunately, even MakeMyTrip, despite being a major company, did not assist us in this situation. Highly disappointed with the owner and the company make my trip.

This property and it’s owner/ management does not deserve a single star. We had a very disappointing experience about a month ago. Please don’t fall for the photo gallery. What you see in pictures and actual experience is way different. There was a electricity cut in the area and they had no provisions for that. No electricity, no water, uncleaned toilets, no cooperation from the owner, no payback. Value your time and money and don’t book this property ever.

This place and business should be shut down. There was no water in the property, no Electricity yet no generator setup either. The property manager/owner only tried to organise a generator in the evening which was of such a low capacity that it didn’t even power the Fan in the living room The villa amenities states that all rooms have AC, and we were literally fighting with the property manager to even get the fans running Manager/Owner was extremely rude and noncooperative and refused to refund our money. No service provided, falsely advertised and when we asked for a refund, all we got was extremely rude behaviour Extremely frustrating experience!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Hashtag villa, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. The villa's interior was thoughtfully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The cleanliness of the villa was impeccable, and the attention to detail from the staff was evident throughout our stay

Pathetic service by the host . No electricity no water , we had an awful stay experience we had to shift by evening carrying a 3 year old . There were too many mosquitoes aswell . We dint even get the refund nor did we got any support from make my trip . Highly disappointed!! Wont recommend this property ever …

Hashtag villa by hola stay cation was really beautiful and amazingg It was so peaceful and and the vibe takes you to the different level of happiness and calmness A must visit to relax with friends/Family
