Palacio Premium Villa Lonavala

We had a party of our aunty so we had booked this property. But it was a real disappointment. 1. The 5 star rating was missing 2. We had paid a Gud amt for this property but we’re very disappointed. 3. The After the booking , the Owner started behaving very very rude to us. 4. The centralised A/C was not working at all it was getting tripped all the time when we complained, the owner started arguing and shouting spooling the whole party mood. 5. the A/C from 2 other bedrooms were also leaking. 6. There were no mats kept out of the bath tubs the shower , the floors were getting wet all the time when we used the bathroom. 7. The swimming pool was not clean and too much chlorinated , my son got skin infection on his whole body. 8. Only Good thing was the other staff was cooperative 8. Think before u book this place

Been to this property a couple of time.. It is really well maintained , rooms are clean and hygienic , location is superb, pool was properly taken care of. Overall a good experience. Good for family weekend getaway.
