Worst experience we book villa on last weekend 24 may for one night Villa had 3 rooms in one room their is no water supply in bathroom manager told us plumber is on the way but plumber can't come till we live that's why we have to adjust in two rooms rather we book villa at the time of dinner he said we can't give unlimited food rather we discussed it before booking He serve food at midnight 12pm we stuck there because city is far from that place I heartly advice don't book this place rather it's last option at that place

Location was good. Food quality was homemade food. they need to improve quality of food also service was slow. Breakfast service timing was 11:00. They need to improve hygiene (too many flies). Regarding the electricity inverter was there but not working it properly because of the power failure. Around the one and half kilometer road is too rough to reach the location but rest of the road is good.

This luxurious villa is located at such a beautiful location in lonavala. You have the pawna lake view from all sides and is an ideal vacation spot for families, friends and groups who wants to spend a weekend away from city life and at peace. Its a 3 bhk villa with kitchen, rooms with attached bathrooms and sofa cum bed in the living room. There are 2 perfectly equipped glamping tents just outside the villa and a pool facing the lake. Maximum 14 people can be accommodated at this property. I visited here during winters with my friends and I had the best bonfire night partying and enjoying by the pool with an amazing pawna view. The caretaker prepared delicious barbecue and dinner for us. You should definitely check out this villa in pawna if you're looking out for the stay in lonavala.

The location of the property is awesome. The view of the lake is mesmerizing. That's the only plus point about the location and the reason for two stars. About the property - Pl do not go by the reviews posted like we did. The house is poorly maintained with absolutely no hygiene. The toilets may look clean but they are stinky. Except for one room the other rooms have no ventilation. We reached when the staff was preparing for our arrival. They did not change the bedsheets and the pillow covers. For sleeping in the hall no bedsheets are provided for spreading over the sofa cum beds. The rooms are very small. There are stray dogs who keep moving between people and fighting with each other which is quite scary and disgusting. The dogs also sit on the chairs and eat the left over food from the plates kept away. No efforts to keep them away. There was no electricity for the entire time that we spent there. We remained outside till night. The backup for electricity outage is poor. At about 3am the inverters stopped and all had to spend sleepless time. The staff does not provide any help. They just organize the minimum and leave. For any small reason you have to keep calling them. The food is ok. Nothing great. The cooks come only at 9am and then give you tea and hurriedly cooked breakfast. They leave the kitchen dirty at night. The road to reach the place are very bad. Overall a no no place. Get your therapy at some other place

they provide you with a poor quality springbed which will not let you have a good sleep. Don't trust the management here. I shifted to another property of theirs nearby and it was a step down from this one. Even though the cook and food were same they overcharged me. We weren't even served breakfast because the cook didn't come on time even though it was agreed that we had to leave early. I will be giving this one a pass. Not recommended.

Since it is remote or outskirts of lonavala - the cost is quite high for food and rooms or villa..if you are in group to split accordingly it is one the best location otherwise some might feel this as expensive… Best location, best scenary, best rooms They also have few activities according to climate and season.. Most imp - Pet friendly and they also abhi Himalayan dog at thier site which is too friendly

I recently visited The Lake therapy with my family and oh boy what a beautiful view. I haven’t seen anything like this in and around Lonavla. Cut off from all the commercial places in Lonavla. The view is really beautiful. Secondly the food is so yummyyy(made by Asha), typical Maharashtrian food. It’s better you call them in advance and tell them what time you’ll arrive so that they keep the rooms clean and your food ready. Overall enjoyed our stay!!!

I have only 1 one for this place and that is AMAZING. The host Kabir was very helpful, the staff was always there when you need something. The rooms were super clean and cozy. This is a 3bhk+2 tent Villa. You can easily accommodate 10-12 people here. The network is very poor for both Jio and Airtel but they will provide you with the wifi. The lake is just 1min walking distance and you can chill there as much you like (even at the night time). There is a cute dog there name brownie which adds up to your stay. The only problem with the property is the route for reaching here. The roads are a bit tricky but the place is worth it!!! This is a must-try place if you are looking for a peaceful getaway with your friends or family.
