StayVista

So we were a group of 25 adults and 8 kids booked Mehta menssion for 29-02 January via stay vista . |Initially they were very attentive and arranged us a visit to the property, upon reaching the property manager clearly said it’s not available on our dates but team StayVista and associate mr Faisal khan assured that the Villa is available and asked us to make full payment. |We confirmed 4-5 times over conversation highlighting what the property manager said stay vista has blocked it for us and we ended up paying the confirmation amount 150000inr .|After the payment we received a confirmation from stay vista along with invoice. Unfortunately 2 days of confirmation team stay vista associate called us to inform that our reservation has been canceled giving reason that the owner of the property has to stay at the property and we don’t have any other options but had to cancel the reservation . |Never trust StayVista as they don’t have any authorisation and do not hold any creditably, they will cancel your reservation end moment and leave you no choice you might end up on roads .

Location was awesome Rooms are well cleaned and organised Services are too good Specially Aman and Ashok , Govind are good co-ordinater and their work are really appreciated.
