Valley Winds Kashid Villa

We had an awesome experience during our visit to the resort. We had booked the entire villa for two nights. The place is very peaceful and we enjoyed every moment of the stay. The caretaker Vijay, is very polite and humble. He helped us in every possible way. The food was the highlight of our stay. You get to taste home cooked food, be it chicken or seafood, in a very authentic Konkani taste. However, a few of the observation that should be kept in mind 1. The property is very nice, however is a bit costly. The owner can look at improving the aesthetics of the rooms. It looks old. The beds are queen size which was a let down, also because it did not look classy for the price that we paid. 2. No exhaust fans in kitchen and bathrooms. At night because of insects and mosquitoes, we kept the doors and windows closed, and the living room became quite suffocating. However there are ACs available in the bedrooms 3. As an outsider, we did feel the lack of security at night since the villa is a bit secluded. The owner may consider to deploy a couple of security personnel at the villa.

Lovely villa and Vijay the caretaker was good, friendly and polite. Very nice property and can fit a group of 12_15 people. Local food from a nearby homely kitchen has great taste. Villas Kitchen has basic utensils and fridge for all cooking needs. The pool is tiny but good for leisure. Bed linen can be improved. Toilets were very clean. Lot of parking space. TV has HD channels. Inverter backup generator facilities are available in case of power failure. RO water filter is installed. In the morning you can actually hear the waves and lot of birds chirping. Good experience overall!

Perfect Location to spend weekend near Kashid Beach, Awesome Food, Neat and clean rooms, Very good care taker. Local sea food was the best served by Ulhas Divekar. Overall Fantastic Weekend we spent with our friends and family in this Vila

The best place to visit with family n friends....Valley winds, Kashid villa. a perfect combination traditional konkani food and modern inputs like swimming pool, luxury rooms etc., Kashid is the best rewinding place for all. The cherry on the cake is the helpful and polite staff and also the reasonable prices. Not missing the beautiful sceneries and the kashid beach which is just 5mins away Kashid villa is the next destination to plan your trip..Cheers!!

Booked this villa through MakeMyTrip more than a month in advance. At the time of check-in was surprised to find that it was already occupied by other guests probably by direct booking. As per owners/booking agent they never listed their property on online platforms. They were completely rude & blamed entire mess on MakeMyTrip. Suggest anyone willing to book to book with owners directly since booking using online platforms like mmt & others may result in complete shock like us. Property appeared to be overpriced & one can get cottages in nearby prakruti resorts in the same rates. Overall very poor experience

Amazing place.. Secluded in woods, peaceful and serene. Staff is very helpfull and courteous Very spacious with a patio, terrace and backyard. Well maintained and secure. 4 cars can be parked easily. Has its own orchard with fuiting trees. Space to play games, barbeque and a small splash pool with waterfall. Unobstructed greenery view. Very close to prakruti resort

Over-expensive resort, food was okay... No Resort's board outside road, took lot of time to find the resort. Not 5 min walk from the beach as claimed.

Best place to stay. I have been here 4-5 times and will keep going again :) Great seafood delivered by cook.
