The owner is extremely courteous and treats every guest like family. Their daily-prepared khowa and rabdi are simply incredible—rich, creamy, sugar free and full of authentic flavor. The delicious, homemade-style food, make it a must-visit.

Rangamati has been popular for their peda for years. I remember first tasting them in 1979 when I was attending college in Ranchi. The area appears the same after 45 years. Small roadside shops selling limited items. The place is known for peda (obviously), Rabri, gulag jamun and aloo chop. Unique feature of the peda is that they are shaped using the hands and not moulds like all other places. We loved the peda and rabri here. Did not enjoy the aloo chop here.

Homely touch and Raju himself is very polite and simple. Always serves fresh food. Malai-Rabri and Kachauri-Ghughuni and Peda(local delicacies) must be tasted. It is situated on NH33 at Rangamati midway Ranchi-Tata

Roadside dhaba is the best description, rabdi and jalebi are noteworthy and samosa chat is absolutely delish.

Ultimate sweets. Especially the Rabdi and Gulab Jamun. I don’t miss a stop with Raju bhai when am on the route. Sincerely recommended.
