Hotel Laziz Srinagar ll Best 2 Star In Srinagar

Very bad service at the hotel. The lift did not work. We confirmed non veg food but received veg food. But food quality was good. Hotel stuffs are very reluctant to customer issues. However room quality is good and very clean.

Had the worst experience. Service is bad. Stayed here for 3 days. The behavior of the staff members is rude. Though they promised to serve us aloo ka paratha , the next day they said that it is unavailable. Most of the days we had to eat outside for breakfast because the food came after 1 hour. Whatever menu was assigned for dinner wasn't served .

Ordered a Chicken Shawarma with fries, and Fried Chicken Strips. The "With Fries" Component included 3 french fries pieces as opposed to a sizeable portion. When inquired why they even bothered to put 3 fries on the plate, they said thats how they serve it. The food was okay. They claim to serve Ajinomoto free food, which reflected in the taste. The fried chicken had a side salad, which was totally unnecessary. The location is good, right next to Gousia Hospital. However the service was un-satisfactory.

Good taste and peaceful ambience. The owner is very friendly and pays attention to his customers. Easily reachable behind gousia hospital and ample parking available. There is some room for improvement in portion size with respect to price but excellent variety of options are there.

Worst resturant ever with mannerless manger and staff. I didn't liked the way they treat their customers. They are very rude to their customers and their food tastes nothing but they have expensive and unhygienic food and without taste. Just tasteless food!!! I didn't liked this resturant at all. All those 5 star reviews are there own resturant staff review. Don't belive on it!!! I recommend chilliz pizza shop in dargah not only that, but there are more resturant that are far better than this poor so called resturant with high prices and to everyone who is reading my comment should not go there!!!

Food served was not as per standard Owner of hotel was a very irritating and very rude person. Rooms were not clean.

Waited 1 hour for a bowl of pasta for it to come out too sweet. Drinks are over priced and the general service is bad. The place is usually empty and that tells you something.

Not good, ordered butter chicken and chicken kanti i myself cook better than the same naan was raw just wastage of money nothing else kindly change your cook if u want to excel Qantity was very less even for two persons it could not suffice
