Worst service ever!!! I cannot imagine a hotel like this is still operating. They turn off all the electricity in the room when I asked for electric kettle for hot water they said they don’t have it. Rooms are shady and dingy with the least of least amenities. Do not!!! I say again DO NOT trust these guys as they have written a lot of things they provide but in actuality they don’t offer any amenities. Last but not the least the staff is really rude, when I asked what can be done for food they just said can’t be done and to go outside and eat. When I pressed about it they said they can make just dal and rice. The reviews that you see other than this is being posted by the hotel staff at-least most of them. All in all the worst hotel you can find in the entirety of Srinagar is this one!! Kudos! Oyo

Oyo and this hotels both are fraud they take money before booking and when we go for check in hotel denied for check in and my all money stuck from last 1 year, I suggest don't believe him.

it was very nice stay i this hotel.hotel staff was very polite and always to ready to help location was very nice most attractive places is nearby we had group of flim production ....i would like to stay again

Trust me, these property is owned and run by some genuine gentlemen. I have stayed there with my family. This property is opposite SKUAST-K, Shalimar campus. One of my family members fell ill in midnight. They brought the medicine without any hesitation. They have attached restaurants and vehicle facilities as well. You can rely them fully.
