We had stayed in this hotel last week. The location is good, quite near to Shalimar Bagh. The staff are quite helpful and the owner Mr Zubair Lone is always ready to solve your problems. The food was tasty and healthy and felt like home-cooked food. But the room we stayed had no wifi (frequent wifi disconnections, so need a booster), long hours of power cuts and depended on generator, which will run for limited hours, geaser will not work during power cuts, so we had to depend on hot water brought by the staff.

Very poor locality and congested area place. The management is also not cooperative. Extremely bad services. Total wastage of money. The hotel was booked for 3 days but able to stay 12 hours in hotel but charged full for 3 days. The roads were blocked and not able to reach hence a genuine call could have been taken whereas very bad conversation. Food quality is worst and delayed services.

We visited Kashmir with family on March month. This hotel booked by my Travel agency SST tours. First we hesitate to stay here, because of less reviews. But my Agent gave us the guarantee for our stay here Wow, it's amazing stay,their service, clean rooms, Hot water all time, Tasty homely food Everything is perfect. Location is very near to shalimaar garden. The hotel service people are very kind and helpful. Thank you hotel management and My Travel agent Sindhu to gave us more memorable and pleasant stay.

Their hospitality is amazing. The manager Mr. Hasim and his team are incredibly caring. They care like a family member. They sincerely provide all kinds of services.
