We are planned to celebrate my daughter birthday in sterling Mussoorie...From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness..The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated their attentiveness and efficiency....The hotel itself is clean, stylish, and well-maintained and also stunning location.... valley view with coffee is amazing moment... Delicious food with dinning view are wonderful memories. Special mention to Adventure game team...they also so kind and make comfortable during Adventure time..love to play all indoor and outdoor door play....finally my daughter was happy and fun on her birthday....We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend go for it......Thank you sterling team....♥️♥️♥️

Our stay at the resort was absolutely wonderful—hospitality at its finest! We enjoyed every moment spent here. The food was incredibly delicious and left us more than satisfied. Everything about the experience was excellent, from the warm service to the immaculate hygiene and cleanliness throughout the property. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gesture of not charging for the khichdi we ordered for the kids—truly heartwarming! Overall, we are greatly satisfied and deeply impressed. I recently stayed at Sterling Resorts Mussoorie and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their warm, welcoming attitude and professional behavior. Their punctuality, dedication, and the efficient work system they follow truly stand out and made my stay very smooth and comfortable. The cleanliness at the resort is outstanding — every corner, from the common areas to the rooms, was spotless and well-maintained. The rooms themselves are spacious, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing stay. The washrooms were equally good, modern, and very clean, which added to the overall comfort. The food at Sterling Resorts deserves special mention — it was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Every meal felt carefully prepared and served with great attention to detail. All the facilities one could need are readily available, and the entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is well taken care of. Their friendly and welcoming nature made the entire experience feel personal and memorable. We had a lovely 3-day stay at Sterling Mussoorie with our kids, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience—especially because it was our anniversary. The resort staff went above and beyond to make our celebration special by arranging a beautiful romantic candlelight dinner setup for our family, keeping our needs and preferences in mind. From the live musician setting the mood to the thoughtful coordination by the helper, chef, and manager—it all came together beautifully. A special mention to Jitender ji, Pyare ji, Harikrishan and Shubham, who were extremely humble, attentive, and warm throughout our stay. The ambiance, hospitality, and personalized care made this trip one to remember. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Sterling Mussoori.

Staff - Each and every person I have interacted in this hotel was very courteous, respectful and helpful. Requests for any of our needs were instantly met. Kudos for having such a great staff Location: Absolutely stunning and serene. You can view sunset and sunrise right from your room. Located at the edge of the hill so you have beautiful views. The only disadvantage is getting to the hotel from mall road is tricky as the roads are small and confusing with steep climb. There aren't enough signs to direct us as well however in my opinion it was a small price to pay for this hotel. Room: The room was spacious and the interiors were updated. It had all the amenities. You will not be disappointed staying here. Property- the property is huge with many rooms, spa, activity room and also play area for kids Food- The breakfast was delicious and again the staff was always there to help with whatever we needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who want to be a little away from the chaos of mall road and have an amazing stay.

Had an excellent time at Sterling Mussoorie. Accommodation was comfortable and service was prompt and courteous. Food was excellent. The dining manager and head chef took personal care whenever possible. The activities room had able staff who kept us entertained with events in the evenings. Overall, we had a memorable stay at Sterling.
