Hotel LA Eden Mussoorie

Hotel LA Eden is very good. The rooms are well maintained and cleanliness is also good. Food is nice and also not very expensive. The open Terrace restaurant is very good, you can enjoy your food in the open with the beautiful view of Mussoorie. Overall it's a nice and affordable stay for families.

The rooms are lovely and the kitchen service is excellent. The kitchen isn't too clean and is visible to customers, that can improve. The washrooms need to be sorted as there are smells that linger.

At a very reasonable price and a very good location with valley view room we enjoyed our stay food and everything. Staff is also good service is also good rooms are clean and cozy... Go ahead with this hotel without any other thoughts.

My experience was nothing but worst. 1. The door nob/handle was broken , from outside we were unable to close it. even if it closes it’s temporary. We thought door got closed but when we cam back from Mall road it was wide open. 2. Room service: it was not that great, we asked for glass and got delivered next room. 3. Irritating reminder: if i happen to have checkout next day they will continuously call starting from 8’ in the morning till you do not show up. Not just that they will knock door and force you to have breakfast 4. Breakfast and hygiene: Breakfast was arranged in containers which were nothing but dirty. 5. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were leaking , not cleaned properly + hair dryer was not working. Overall i feel there are fake reviews or the quality of hotel has degraded. It’s worst and i will not recommend this hotel to anyone. 200-400 rs jyada de do par acchi jageh raho. Owner and sales team are rude too. No etiquette to talk.. We were staying total 8 ppl and all had similar experiences.

Good rooms. Broken jet spray in washroom. Didn't mention about a paid warm air blower (500 per night) before hand. Itni thand me majboori me lena hi pdega. The reception guy doesn't know anything about hospitality. He has a reason ready for every reasonable ask you have, and of course a price. Yes the checkout time is 10 am and we were around 15-20 mins late but guy literally pulled our luggage out of our rooms while we were still changing. That's some invasion. Horrible experience with the staff. Decent property, decent location, but a very greedy owner.

Awesome hotel, great ambiance, and perfect hospitality. The staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean, has plenty of space.

Stayed in the hotel from 3rd March to 5th March 2025. Hotel is quite on inside roads of Mussoorie. While the rooms are fine the service is quite bad. Don't ever take breakfast in the hotel, they just have one option which is Paratha and curd which is not at all good. Further don't expect warm water in bathrooms. Staff is not at all trained.

Room had a nice view and all the amenities were there for a perfect stay. The room service was really good and the staff were very helpful. Along with this, the food was also nice.
