De Floresta Resort - Corbett

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the garden . The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the river and there is a direct path leading to the Corbett forest . It felt like a private resort, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Ramnager, Garjia devi temple, jim Corbett museum . If someone wants to visit the temple then they could directly go Garjiya devi temple within 25 minutes. Our stay at the hotel was just for one day one night. He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. All respect for him who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality. *Specially thanks to Mr.Pushkar ji he is very humble, supportive.*

It was an unforgettable experience.. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with the welcome drinks. The property itself is stunning-lush greenery, clean surroundings and beautifully designed room that blend comfort with nature. The food was delicious with a great variety of options,& the pool area was perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed the adventure activities and Live Singing night arranged by the Resort. It is ideal spot if you are looking to unwind, reconnect with nature and enjoy quality time with friends & family. Highly recommended.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this resort From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the smooth check-in process to the thoughtful amenities provided. The location was perfect for exploring and the on-site facilities like the pool, restaurant, hall etc. made my stay even more enjoyable. Every team member I encountered was professional, kind, and eager to help. Thank you Mr. Pushkar Ji for making my trip so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning soon !

Very poor and fraudulent service. Room locks faulty and not secure. And the restaurant staff won't take orders and serve on time, they lie about what they can prepare and then later reduce the portions and make something else. When it's late in the night and you cannot even go an eat anywhere else in the middle of the jungle. We had to eat reduced portions of a food which we didn't order instead of what was ordered. And everyone slept feeling hungry.

If you are going to read one review read this one!!! Absolutely terrible, cannot believe we paid $400 nz for one night! Where to start, upon arrival we read a sign on the reception desk saying lunch at 1. We were continuously turned away until 2.30 being told “this was the lunchtime” however, this resort booked our safari for 2.30 which we were told to be waiting for at 2.20 but were then picked up at 2.50. Safaris were amazing!! The same sign on reception said dinner was at 8, we were continuously turned away until 9.30 with the staff appearing angrier each time we came to the restaurant (first we were told 8.30, then 9, then 9.30 this is also what happened with the lunch). After reading the menu in the room we tried to order at the restaurant (menu was also given to us there), at first being told yes then ten minutes later no only allowed buffet, which had no signs and we had no idea what the two dishes available were. Every peice of paperwork and verbal communication told us our safari in the morning was at 6, we were alarmed to get a call at 5.45 saying we were late for our safari. Our safari driver told us the safari time was 5 am and he had been calling the hotel manager for 45 minutes, at this point not surprised but neither was the safari driver. Followed by another sad breakfast of god knows what that was served at 9.30am we had the relief of leaving. It cost us nearly 1 grand nz for this experience and as we are a young couple who saved hard for this trip we don’t want anyone else to experience the same. Safaris amazing!!!! Hotel horrific.

The biggest problem with this resort is the way to reach here. The roads leading to it are very bad condition. It is basically off road track where only experienced can drive it's car or else the underneath of car would be damaged. The owners should take note of this problem. There would be a very big problem to go from the resort to city at night if there is an emergency as there are no lights on the way. Otherwise the resort is good. It can be a perfect retreat destination with almost all amenities far from city. Service is good. Rooms are nice and clean.

"Absolutely breathtaking! The resort's serene location amidst the forest was the perfect escape from city chaos. The rooms were cozy and clean, with stunning views of the surrounding woods. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making sure our every need was met. The food was delicious, with plenty of local flavors to savor. We enjoyed hiking, birdwatching, and relaxing by the campfire under the stars. Can't wait to come back.....😄😄😃😃🤩

It was a very wonderful experience and very unforgettable the staff was very good and never disrespected us the food was brilliant I would just recommend please visit a resort property is worthful one of my best resorts I have visited
