De Floresta Resort - Corbett

Used this hotel while booked on two safaris at Jim Corbett. Lovely hotel, staff couldn't be more attentive, food excellent. Room was large - basic but nice. We were picked up for the safaris, and the distance obviously depended on which safari zone you were visiting. Amazing jungle sounds once the sun went down, and a group of naughty and amusing monkeys patrol the hotel grounds. Pool looked as though it could do with a clean, but we wouldn't have had time to use it anyway.

Location Very far off and not convenient with the family. Very bad and foul smell in the all hotel rooms. Locks not working. No exhaust fan in the washroom. Smelly beddings and towels not cleaned properly. Only Food was tasty and staff was helpful. In short good property but no maintenance

I recently stayed at this property and my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was a major concern. Upon arrival, I noticed unwanted particles on the floor and surfaces, indicating that the room had not been properly cleaned. This lack of attention to hygiene is especially troubling in today’s world. The food service was equally disappointing. Not only were the portion sizes disappointingly small, but the quality of the food was also subpar. I found umwanted and inedible particles in my parantha, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, the dishes were bland and lacked flavor, leaving me unsatisfied after meals. To make matters worse, there were health and safety concerns I couldn’t overlook. The bathroom had mold in the corners, and the air conditioning unit was dusty, raising red flags about overall maintenance. Overall, my stay was disappointing due to these cleanliness, food quality, and safety issues. I expected better from a hotel of this caliber and would not recommend it until significant improvements are made.

Worst experience I have ever had in this hotel. No staff, No proper service, no maintenance and unhygienic rooms. There is no quality of goods even we find bundle of threads in breads. When we made all these complaints to manager he instead of solving the issues giving the rude responses. I recommend never visit this hotel if u respect your valuable time and money.

If you are travelling with family and kids then I would suggest to look for some other option because their policy is very strict so they cannot arrange anything for your kid. Room- we have taken 3 rooms and all rooms lock was not working properly. Service- We are 10 people we ask for evening snack & ordered from their menu but every time they mentioned that they can serve that as they are busy preparing dinner.

Recently stayed at this property and the experience was quite awful. Faced issues with room cleanliness, fan & tv related issues. Food quality and food service is not at all par compared with the prices. No acknowledgment of issues from the management. Not recommended

My experience was very good here. Very supportive stuff and all the services were good here. The favourite part of this resort was food... They serves tasteful food.

All the positive reviews are fake here. Rooms and services are worst ever seen in my life. I am still here on 31 Aug'2024. The Dinner buffet time is 8.30pm and it is still not ready at 9.45 pm. No manager is available at the reception. Don't go for this resort ever. Poor and pathetic.
