Dewdrops Boutique Retreat

If it's Kurseong it has to be Dew drop homestay. Sujit our host was very hospitable & kind.In an unknown new place we felt like home. I really understood the meaning of homestay ,staying & being looked after by a good family. The staff is also helpful & wanting to please the guests .

Is old tarnished property. We have booked on the basis of google review & the website video it looks completely different than showing on the website. Our rooms was cleaned but the bathroom was pathetic tap is broken down. Handshower is not working properly. Also TV Cable is not working regularly. We have paid total 14000/- amount for 2 person for 2 night. The day 23rd August when we reached already group of around 20-25 Jain people is already there. They arranged Jain food for them. We are not ready to eat that food (No onion & not spicy) so they will arrange the separate food for us (I personally thank Mr. Sudhakar who welcomed as nicely and served the food). The food taste was OK. We eat that day Paneer sabzi. Guys you want believe all 3 days they had served only paneer sabzi just tastelss. In breakfast only limited options are available. I will definitely not recommended this to any one. Is just waste of money. I guess so many options are availbale in Igatpuri apart from this resort

Rooms : Do not go for executive rooms... you will feel inferior... the location of executive room were such that you will feel that you were outcasted... Plus the amenities in the room is pathetic.. Food : Not worth to the price which we pay... very very very below basic food quality... felt that food is served with huge burden on the heart of host.. Property : Property is good.... if you want enjoy the property book in villa... Staff behavior : Very cooperative... Conclusion : There are other properties with little bit less price where amenities are good.... Thanks and Regards
