The place was nothing like the pictures—dirty and poorly maintained. At 7 AM, they gave us a coupon clearly marked "lunch." But when we went to use it, they suddenly claimed it was for breakfast. How were we supposed to know that when it was written lunch on the coupon? It felt like they deliberately waited for us to finish eating the buffet and then started arguing, demanding ₹400 per thali. The food itself was stale and pathetic—poor quality and barely edible. The lady at the reception was extremely rude when we tried to explain. Instead of listening, she started shouting at us. Worst cooperation and service I’ve ever experienced. They were overcharging for everything and scamming guests with misleading information. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Recently, we visited the property and found the location to be very pleasant, and the food quite tasty. However, the room maintenance was below expectations—the door lock was not functioning properly and had not been fixed. Furthermore, we noted the absence of a first aid kit, which is an essential provision for addressing any injuries that may occur during recreational activities. We recommend addressing these issues to enhance guest safety and overall experience.

Disappointing Stay at Rehcruz D ReTreat – Misleading and Unprofessional Our experience at Rehcruz D Treat Resort was unfortunately very disappointing, and felt nothing short of a scam. The deception began right from the booking stage. The pictures shared over WhatsApp were completely different from the reality. The rooms were cramped and lacked basic amenities — not even a refrigerator was provided. There was zero communication regarding what's included in the package. We weren’t informed whether breakfast was complimentary or not. The next day, we were handed what was clearly marked as a lunch coupon. After having our meal, we were told that lunch wasn’t included and the coupon was actually for breakfast — despite it clearly stating otherwise. When we questioned this, the receptionist first said lunch would cost ₹200 per person. Moments later, she changed it to ₹400 and then denied ever quoting ₹200. All six of us present were shocked at this blatant dishonesty. Overall, the staff seemed untrained and misinformed, and kept adding unexplained charges to our bill without proper clarification. This place seriously lacks transparency and professionalism. Definitely not recommended.

I had the worst experience here. To start with their food is terrible. You should have a “no food from outside” restriction only when the inhouse food is worth eating. They charged us 50 rupees per coffee and it was the worst coffee I ever had so far. To make things worst they did not have power for 1 hour at night and they did not even have power back up . If you want to co-ordinate with them on the number available on google good luck they will take their own sweet time to get back to you. The staff bringing us food and other amenities were good and cooperative.

Review for Rehcruz D Retreat The taste and quality of the food were not good. Moreover, we felt cheated. In the morning, they gave us what appeared to be lunch coupons. Based on those coupons, we had our lunch. After finishing, they told us that they had actually sent us breakfast coupons — but printed with “lunch” on them because they had run out of breakfast coupons. Then, a lady came and told us that the lunch cost was Rs. 200. We agreed to pay. But once we agreed, she suddenly changed the amount and said, “I told you Rs. 400, not Rs. 200.” This was dishonest, and it felt like they were trying to mislead us.

We booked the villa, which was not a villa, it was two rooms with no toiletries, No proper AC, no kitchen, and No fridge. No Sound system or TV was working. They were charging extra for Ice also. No proper service. Stupid rules which do not make sense to book a villa. For simple queries like food menus also they were not sure. Managers or responsible people who sit in the reception area don't know how to talk to customers. Outside Toilets are so dangerous big frogs or big insects were there inside. After paying so much also they do not provide water. Any cheap hotels also provide water bottles. These guys were charging on the same. Such a really bad experience. I regret to go there.

Good experience for a group picnic. Decent prizes. We did a 8-5 picnic. Thank you for allowing us an early check in.. It was a nice experience. The watchman was helpful. Staff were good.

Honestly, this place was a joke. The photos online? Complete lie. The room looked NOTHING like what was advertised. It was dirty. The staff? Rude and totally unhelpful. Communication was horrible. Nobody seemed to know what was going on or cared to help. I seriously regret booking here. Just a terrible experience all around. Definitely not worth the money!
