The cleanliness is exemplary, and the room service is prompt and courteous. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, with both veg and non veg dishes available. The breakfast buffet is particularly commendable, with a wide range of options to start the day right. Good swiming pool for adults and kids. Overall a very good place.

Recently stayed in their wooden cottage along with family. Had a wonderful and enjoyable stay. Neat and clean rooms. Food was top class, we chose the a la carte option though there was a buffet option too. Had a great time in the pool which was clean and well maintained. Staff was efficient and helpful. They have various options for stay including 10 rooms in wooden cottages, dormitories with 4 double beds for large families, suite, executive and deluxe rooms. One of the better resorts in the Gorai belt. Located in Culvem village with one way auto fare of Rs. 150 from Gorai Jetty. Highly recommended for a relaxing outing with family.

Recently stayed here over the weekends in wooden cottage room.. absolutely amazing & so comforting .. room service was very quick. Pool was very neat and clean; water temperature in pool was perfect! Neither too hot nor too cold. I would def come back and recommend others also to come!

I recently stayed at Rehcruz D retreat and had an overall enjoyable experience. The food was quite good, and the staff were exceptional, always greeting us with smiles—special mention to the watchman, who was particularly friendly. The property itself is excellent but could benefit from better maintenance. However, there were a few issues with the room. The air conditioning remote was not working, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the floor was wet and hadn’t dried by the time we checked in, which was a bit off-putting. While the room was decent, it wasn’t quite up to the mark and needed some upkeep. Despite these points, the resort offers a great environment and lovely people. I would recommend it with the hope that these minor issues will be addressed.

This place in Gorai was great ,green and beautiful…👌All arrangements were up to the mark.. Food was amazing and had lot of varieties than we expected , rooms and beds were also arranged v well… hotel staff were cooperative and friendly… management was good… the only thing which I thought cud have been taken care was that the pool shud have some shelter above to avoid the burning sun heat which was a bit too much to bear while we were in the pool and outside the pool… music needs some improvement… otherwise I wud definitely suggest and recommend this place to all.. It was our childhood friends picnic and it was a day full of joy and connection . Leaving us with memories we will all cherish it for a long time and therefore we thank all the members of REHCRUZ RESORT to make this happen 💃🎶🏊‍♂️🎊🍻💕💕💕

Our experience at this property was an absolute disaster—disappointing, frustrating, and a complete waste of money. Cleanliness: The rooms were in a horrible state, especially those on the ground floor. Room No. 2 was particularly filthy, with dried cake stuck to the curtain and ceiling, dust-covered chairs, and stained bedsheets. To top it off, the blanket was torn, and even after requesting a replacement, the new one was torn as well. Bathrooms were unhygienic, and shockingly, we even found frogs in the bathroom. When we reported this, the staff casually dismissed it as “normal.” If this is their attitude toward hygiene, I can only imagine the lack of precautions they take with food preparation. Facilities: The water stopped midway through a shower, adding another layer of inconvenience to an already horrible stay. Such basic amenities should never be an issue, especially at a place charging prices comparable to 3-star hotels. Food and Service: We were told tandoor food is available only on Saturdays and Sundays, but no one informed us of the specific timings. During lunch, we were midway through our meal when they informed us that naan could not be served because the tandoor was closed. This kind of mismanagement and lack of communication is unacceptable. When we asked to speak to a manager, no one came for over 30 minutes, and we had to approach them ourselves. Management: The management is the worst part of this place. The owner is rude, unprofessional, and refuses to take any accountability for the issues. The woman at the reception was equally dismissive and unhelpful. With such poor leadership, it’s no surprise that the overall service suffers. While the helpers and lower-level staff were polite and tried to do their best, they were clearly not supported by the incompetent people in charge. Overall: This resort is filthy, poorly managed, and completely overpriced. Frogs in the bathroom, dirty rooms, and an owner who doesn’t understand hospitality make this one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. They charge money on par with 3-star hotels but deliver an experience worse than a low-grade lodge. If you’re considering Gorai as a getaway, avoid this resort at all costs. Frogs, filth, dust, and zero professionalism await you here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

Gorai is always a wonderful place to visit, I came to know about rehcruz from a friend and wanted to see if it was hype was real. ROOM: We had booked the wooden cottage, the room was nice and clean however the washroom was a disappointment. As soon as we entered the washroom we were greeted by special "gift" left by the previous guest or I don't know who in the toilet. I quickly pointed out to the chap who helped us check in and he apologised and said he will get someone to clean it up ASAP. It took a good hour or so and multiple calls later for some one to come and wash the commode. The bathroom is cover with black mold /water stains and the shower was not in proper condition. Even the bucket which was provided was slimmy, we had to wash the bucket with shampoo and then make use of it. SERVICE: After the disappointing experience with the washroom, we decided to call the front desk and order something to eat. After going through the menu which was provided in the room we decided to have French fries and chicken lollipop along with sweet lime water. To our delite the food came quickly within 20 min or so. The fries and lolipop were very delicious and fresh, the sauce / chutney was also good. We then decided to order prawns in the evening which was delicious as well. The buffet was set up for BF/LUNCH/DINNER. As we had booked a package with food included we received coupons for all 3 times. The buffet food was fresh and tasty, no complaints about the food and service staff. LOCATION: Gorai, will always be a pleasant and quick getaway. Rechuz is conveniently located near the main Gorai beach (5 min away by bike). It's not a very big property and there is not much to be done within the property except for chill at the pool. MISC: There is plenty of parking for 2/4 wheeler, free WiFi, swimming pool, many near by places to visit like Global Pagoda, Gorai beach, Uttan church etc. Overall, it was good experience staying at rehcruz, it could have been better and cleaner. One night stay kinda place. Sorry no photos this time as we didn't get time because of the washroom fiasco.

Everything except check in and check out time is good. The room was not well maintained and the walls need painting. Not worth 4k. The resort is good however they should change their checkout time because no one comes to a resort to wapl up that early in the morning. Which does not feel relaxing. They will literally wale you up at 8 and keep chasing to vacate the room. Please change the checkout time to 10am so that people can at least feel relaxed.
