Grand Tiger Resort Kanha National Park

We chose Grand Tiger Resort for our Mukki gate safari because of its excellent location and a very helpful pre-booking phone call with the manager, Mr. Saurav. Our stay exceeded expectations in every way.The resort is peaceful, clean, and well-maintained. The food is amazing—we opted for vegetarian dishes, and every meal was authentic and delicious. Every staff member we encountered was polite and highly punctual. What truly sets this place apart is Mr. Sourav's exceptional hospitality. He pays close attention to every detail of his guests' comfort and even arranged seamless, reasonably priced pickups and drops to the safari gate. We highly recommend Grand Tiger Resort for anyone seeking a budget-friendly, homely stay!

We went to Kanha in the month of October and I must say that it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It's located in an extremely good location (only a km from Mukki Gate) . Now let me come go the main things. The hotel staff is excellent. They make you feel warm and comfortable and hospitality is top notch. They are extremely polite and are always at your service. We opted for an all meal plan and the food was absolutely great , it was delicious as well as hearty. Talking of the rooms , each building had 4 rooms and each room is equally spacious and clean. They also pack breakfast for the morning safari which was equally good. I really would like to appreciate and thank the manager Mr. Sourav , for the wonderful experience we had.

We loved the property itself, which is incredibly spacious and conveniently located near the Kanha National Park Mukki gate. The amenities are great, including plenty of parking, an EV charger, a nice pool, and a game room. Our forest-themed room was massive and extremely comfortable, featuring a great queen bed, a balcony, nice seating, and a huge bathroom.Unfortunately, the food and service completely missed the mark. The prices are quite steep for food that genuinely tastes bad. Our lassi tasted like watered-down curd with weird coconut bits mixed in, and they gave us literally four spoonfuls of tomato soup. The chicken fried rice tasted like a beginner's first attempt at cooking, and our fresh lime water wasn't even chilled. On top of the long wait times, they completely forgot to make our chicken chilli, which we ended up canceling because we were already so disappointed with the rest of the meal.

The location is around 1 km away from Mukki gate. They have very good and polite staff. They serve tasty and quality food. This is budget friendly palce which serves breakfast, lunch, High tea and dinner included in there one night price. Since the stay is in buffer zone so you can enjoy the nature while staying in cottage. The EV charging station has also been started for your EV cars. Thanks to the owner Mr. Sourabh and his staff we had a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful experience at Grand Tiger Resort. A special thanks to the manager, Saurabh and his team for their exceptional hospitality. They were extremely kind and went out of their way to take care of our entire group. Even arrangements we hadn’t expected were thoughtfully organized for us. Highly recommend this resort for their warmth and outstanding service!
