It is 5 minutes from the main Mandla gate. Very convenient.|3. Lot of open space and nice location|4. Caretaker Ashok is very courteous|5. Nice food - and they are accomdative to your taste and idiosyncrasies. |6. No noise from other tourists..|7. Lot of birds inside the resort|8. You will find the true meaning of eco tourism here|9. Very big bathrooms in the two rooms we stayed - with Commode shower and nice flowing shower|10. They can arrange pick up from Satna Station and drop at Lucknow airport|11. Once you give them your permit, they will inform the Forest deptt to pick you up from the hotel|12. They can arrange the night safari for you

I spent two days here, and I must say it was a great experience altogether... The service is awesome, the food is okayish and quite expensive but the quantity is more than enough. The rooms are spacious and clean, the location itself is awesome, just on the bank of Ken River...Its not even 600-700 m from the Panna Tiger Reserve Madla Gate...

Very nice homestay: Great location near riverside. Madla gate is also very nearby. Property is very well-maintained Very hospitable and helpful staff. Good food. They can improve on the quality of towels.

This property is located in a beautiful Riverside location with greenery all around in the vicinity of the Madla gate of the Panna National Park and Panna Tiger Reserve. We went here during the Diwali Puja to celebrate diwali in the middle of nature in a peaceful peaceful way. The staff is friendly and attentive and the owner is highly praised for his hospitality and caringness towards his guests. The food served is very delicious and homely cooked. The property spread in 5 acre areas with lots of greenery and sounded by the trees, like Amla (Indian Gooseberry), mangoes, neem, peepal, subabul, Eucalyptus, Bamboo, Jamun trees, Palash, Guava trees, Bel Patra trees, Kadam trees, leechi and some other unidentified trees etc. . Rooms are specious and clean with attached bathrooms. We also enjoyed the river bath and boating at river Ken, which seems to be the most cleaned river of India. The property is ideal for nature lovers, wildlife photographers and those seeking a peaceful getaway.

Karnawati nadi k kinare sundar jgh...this is our 3rd time staying with them the place is situated on the riverside with the scenic views Ashok gives us the best hospitality he is always available for any help you can come and stay with them and enjoy the panna.

Ac remote not working, fans not working, no power backup system, no running water system if electricity is not there, no wifi. Not worth even a single penny. Look for other options. Too overpriced.
