I recently stayed at Panna Tiger Resort and was thoroughly impressed. The riverside view and rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, offering a stunning backdrop of Ken River and Jungle that enhances the overall experience. The location is premium, providing easy access to Madla Gate for core zone safari while still maintaining a serene atmosphere. The staff was attentive and friendly, contributing to a welcoming environment. Talking about food, it was really delicious. Loved it. Overall, it’s an ideal choice for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature while having the comforts of a high-quality resort. Highly recommend!

I’m an Aussie traveler who booked this hotel online. It’s an absolutely rubbish place managed by a dodgy rude person who has no idea about hospitality. They only care about money, try to fetch it online by placing photos of their main hotel and then when you arrive they will ask you to check in the neighboring half the price filthy accommodation. They make excuses such as hotel is all booked however same time they are accepting booking online for same days at further higher rates. Beware of this scam if you are trying to book into this place.

The resort is right at bank of river ken, with beautiful view of the ghat. The rooms are quite decent, and the service is good. Food is freshly prepared for each guest and the taste of food is very homely, so thats a plus. The staff is very cooperative and the management is ready to help you out. Our car needed some repair and it was very quickly sorted by management. Overall the resort is very peaceful, feels like you are living in jungle.

Discovered a hidden gem nestled along the banks of the River Ken was an unexpected delight during our combined work and leisure trip. The property is an ideal location for wildlife enthusiasts and families looking to explore Panna. With its breathtaking views and delectable cuisine, especially the unforgettable taste of the Bundeli chicken they served, our experience was truly memorable. We met the owners of the property who have recently bought this beautiful property and managing. They were very warm friendly and I saw them taking regular feedback from all the guest, which was appreciable.

The property is amazing and overlooks the Ken river. The staff is very polite and hospitable. Resort is located very close to the main gate too. BUT: 1. We faced continuous issue of power disconnect over our 2-night stay. It was peak summer and unavailablity of electricity for 2-3 hours at a stretch is unacceptable especially at such high rates. 2. The food is very average and they have priced it at 600/- for veg unlimited - per person. Food includes roti, rice, dal, 1 vegetable and 1 paneer dish. Thats it. 3. Due to the limited options of stay at Panna as of today, the existing resorts are charging very high amounts for basic ammeneties. Sensibility is very important.

Rooms were damp and had a musty smell, making it uncomfortable. The manager/receptionist was very rude and dismissive of the issues raised. Very disappointing experience.

If I had an option to give 1/2 star I would have definitely given it…||I booked this property for 2 days through a WhatsApp call through Mr.Singh….the Total cost he gave me was 13000/- for 2 days including breakfast and dinner.the number of days were not confirmed tough…he just gave me the quotation for 2 days and particularly said it will be 6500/- for per day.The room was booked a day prior.||I checked in very late that evening…informing him that keep the room ready till I arrive. We checked in ….the first impression was the shabby Reception Area. ||We moved to our room thinking that the pic given was good so the rooms will be ok too. We just dropped the bags in the room and left for the river side stroll as it was a sunset time …..||We came back to our room after sunset and then saw the rooms properly..Bathroom was in Horrible condition… there were tampon and pad plastic under the sink near the drainage which they did not clean. Toilet seat was dirty with stains on it and the pot was also not cleaned.|We asked the manager to send someone and get it cleaned….the guy came 3 times but did not clean the toilet properly.||The guys attending us for dinner were not dressed properly looked like they lived in unhygienic condition. ||Then we saw the beds ….the sheets were all stained with stinky (sweat stink) comforters…we complained about the same to manager but nothing was done. ||Next day while we returned from the safari we said we will checkout. Manager said ok ….then when we checked out they did not let us leave the resort… as he said you will have to pay the whole amount of 2 days that is 13000/- we refused to pay the amount but nothing happened and there tone of speaking was changed immediately ….then suddenly out of no where 3 more men arrived at the reception from a near by village …we argued, we got so scared of the whole situation as we were the only visitors …. Then we ended up paying him 9000/- for 1 Day for pathetic service, Filthy Rooms, Dirty Toilets. ||It was a Traumatic Situation.
