My previous stay was not great, but unfortunately again i was visited and stayed there. This time it was totally diffeent. Under the new management, changes are evident . Service has improved noticeably, and the updated facilities contribute to a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Rooms: very big in size but not safe for family and friends. Service: Very poor service, basic amenities of resorts are not available here. Location: Not that great, road towards resort is so pathetic that you may required off-road crane to pull your vehicle. Overall Experience: So pathetic with the room service, basic items like bath towel, enough drinking water were not provided. There is no proper dinning area, swimming pool are not properly cleaned and maintained and common for all the guests, road towards the resort is dangerous for normal cars. Breakfast are okay and same on all the days. Not at all safe for any small families without any group. There is no surveillance camera around the resort on the safety side, they are not responsible on threepassers. It's not at all worthy for the amount we pay for these particular resort, the owner will loot so much of amount and service are very poor, there is option off planning any activities on this property. They themselves requesting all the customers to put the review in Google for additional discounts. Those who have given 5 start rating I hope this maybe your first experience in any resort in wayanad, i request you people to look around the other resort in wayanad with much lesser price amount then you would be able to see the difference.

One of the worst resort I have ever stayed. We travelled all the way from Trivandrum to stay in a filthy damn room, with 0 room service. Don't know how we managed to stay there for 2 days with such awful smell. To add to this we had a great time killing spiders.

Worst experience. 1. Road to that place is really bad, any hatchback or sedan cant go near there. 2. If you park on the top parking u need to walk with lagguage. 3. Very poor service, room heater not working, exhaust not working. 5-6 times electicity cut off. 4. Straw dogs are all over the compound and incect and cockroches inside rooms. 5. No privacy on pool as it is shared with too many other peoples.

This is my second stay in this resort with in 3 weeks Good ambiance with grate service We are reached this property at late night but staff provide us all the needs I love this stay with family and friends ( first time with family and second time with friends) I'm happy

We had an awful experience. The manager was like a hostel warden, and I think he has some serious attitude problems. Pool is not private and which is surrounded by tiny cottages,so there is no privacy. The area is too small and the cottages are in congested manner so you can't even laugh loudly. If anyone planning to go there, I suggest don't even think about it ,awful place. Value of money and the facilities they provide never matches. There is places in wayanad with better facilities than here with marginally lower price.
