Room was very unclean ,bad smell like urine.. wall is very dirty ,stain of vomit 🤮 (idk) pool was very clean and well maintained.. 2 seperate section for kids and adults..they provided breakfast it was good.. 👍 those who is looking for budget friendly setup they can opt this property..

We a group of 8 stayed in two villas for one day. Having stayed in a lot of resorts in vythiri i would mention few pros and cons.||||Pros: Budget friendly stay if u r planning a stay in vythiri. Location is easily accessible as it is few mts only from main road. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is friendly. Villa was spacious for the price offered.||||Cons: Not the resort if u are looking for a special stay like a honey moon trip or a special day. Complimentary breakfast is very basic. Restaurant was not operational but u can get food from outside real easy. No much activity inside the resort.||||We enjoyed our stay since we were looking for a budget stay. Staff cooperated fully. Enjoyed time in pool. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in a budget friendly resort.

This property has a good ancillary view of the mountains and close proximity to pookode lake. The property is a ghost property and zero maintenance mode. The pictures are fully deceptive. It is neither a home stay nor a resort Better to avoid this property if you are coming with family and want to have a decent resort with restaurant The pool is also fully dilapidated so just avoid

Overall it is a good place to stay. I stayed for more than 3 days and it was quite a good experience with food, stay, swimming pool, and the view from the villas. Nearer to main road and access to shops, restaurants and some view points and touristic spots. The owner was really friendly. Recommended

It's around 200mtr away from Main Road. It's an average Resort .No site view from Here.We got a Couple room for rupees 2000/- including breakfast as a compliment

I totally not recommend this place to stay for any people visiting Wayanad. Please don’t get fooled by the photos on Google or any other websites. Rooms are totally unhygienic and inhabitable. When I checked in the hotel the bedspreads were not clean, fan regulators missing making my night sleep horrible. Staff are non co-operative and non helpful. Food not upto the mark. Don’t make mistake for booking this hotel for even a half day stay. Not seen such a hotel in years of my travel. Please don’t get your family and babies to this place.

Had this hotel charged me Rs. 1000/- per night, I would have rated it as good. But at Rs. 2500/- without breakfast, it was unjustifiably steep. Good things first:||- Bathroom, although small, was clean.||- Proximity to main road.||Things that get a thumbs down:||- Stained linen, dirty blanket||- Property does not have a view||- Dirty unusable pool||- TV was crookedly hung across the window, making the room look tacky and unappealing. ||||Its a large size property. With some investment on it,it can turn out to be a nice resort.
