This is an excellent property to stay in Wayanad. The rooms are spacious with a small dining table, couch and attached gallery. The bathroom is also very clean. The location is also good, there is a tea plantation just 200 meters ahead of the property. The view is excellent. Amazing stay in the given price. Go for it!

The stay was awesome. The property was very neat and well maintained, rooms were spacious, a great balcony view with left side cloudy mountains and right side lakkidi village mountains. I am a person who checks for a clean bathroom more than a room and I must say it was very clean and more than expected. The caretaker was very helpful with evening tea and arranging food from outside. Only issue is the street connecting it to the main road, If it rains it's very difficult to ride a bike due to an unmetalled road. Overall it was a good stay!!

One of the scenic homestays in the area, rooms were surprisingly well maintained and luxurious. You can view the entire mountain range in the morning, top floor rooms are the best. (There are only two floors) You can even go to the terrace and enjoy the breeze. The caretaker is awesome, nice and friendly. He made us feel welcomed and comfortable just like our own home. The only negative thing that we found about the property is unavailability of food, snacks inhouse and all nearby restaurants have strict timelines for delivery, food options are also limited compared to a hotel restaurant. Plan your food in advance.

A great place to stay in one of the best locations of Wayanad. Huge rooms, clean property, exotic interiors and a very humble and helpful caretaker is all you can expect from this property. We were a family of 7 people in this 4bhk Bunglow, and must say that the property was an icing on the cake for our trip. #stronglyrecommended

Really clean and tidy rooms. Washroom is also very clean. You can get an aerial view of Lakkidi Village from here. From the balcony far off mountains are visible. All in all, it was a great stay!

Good place to stay. The stay has a great scenic view of the mountains. The service has not much to offer. Food is being brought from a nearby restaurant named India Gate. Found the food there to be good but delayed service.

Very nice place if you are looking for a pleasent stay. Top notch quality of rooms similar to 5 star property. Clean,tidy rooms and service is very good. The staff is super polite and very friendly. If you want spend your holiday at peace this is the place you must choose. Excellent 👌 view from the balcony and property.
