NillSimply wow. What an experience I had with this resort. Very nature friendly. Big salute for Mr kp who is the caretaker, very helpful and professional and friendly. This place is only for those who would like to melt with nature. There will be limited network and amenities , they support the nature how it has to be. Kindly avoid if you want to live materialistic luxury. Here you will find nature luxury with wonderful off-road. Monsoon season, you will find n number of leeches which was scary for me personally.

NillA Serene Escape into Nature 🌿 I recently had the pleasure of staying at [GREEN MAGIC RESORT, WAYAND], and it was truly a rejuvenating experience. Nestled amidst lush greenery and surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature, the resort offers the perfect escape from the chaos of city life. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The cottages were beautifully designed with a rustic charm, blending seamlessly into the natural surroundings. Waking up to birdsongs and watching the fog over the hills was an experience I won’t forget. The resort offers plenty of nature-based activities—morning treks, bird watching, and a peaceful riverside picnic. One of the highlights was a guided nature walk. The air was fresh, the environment tranquil, and time seemed to slow down. The food was simple yet delicious, featuring many local and organic ingredients. Dining outdoors, under the stars, added a magical touch to the evenings. What I appreciated most was how eco-conscious the resort was—minimal plastic usage, solar lighting, and a genuine effort to preserve the surrounding ecosystem. If you're looking for a calm, nature-focused getaway to reset and reconnect, I highly recommend [GREEN MAGIC RESORT, WAYAND]. It's not just a stay—it's an experience. 🌿 What makes it magical Immersive tree‑house experience The property features tree‑houses perched ~86 ft above the forest floor, accessible via a traditional counterweight lift and rope bridge—truly a thrill for nature lovers . Designed using eco‑friendly local materials and techniques, the lodgings blend into the rainforest and offer tranquil rainforest views . Rich biodiversity & jungle ambience The resort sprawls across hundreds of acres of dense jungle, with natural streams, guided treks, and wildlife‑spotting paths weaving through it . Many guests highlight the serene setting—streams murmuring, birdsong, and very limited mobile network, offering a genuine disconnection from the digital world . Warm, local hospitality & good food Numerous recent reviews (as of early 2025) mention the staff—especially caretakers like KP and Sujit—as being exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and great cooks . Dining features local Malabar cuisine in ethnic ambiance, with meals often served near jungle streams or around a campfire . ⚠️ What to be cautious about Remote access & rough roads The resort is about 7 km off the main road, requiring a jeep transfer—possibly in true SUV terrain . Some travelers describe the drive as adventurous—great fun, but rough for smaller vehicles . Basic infrastructure, not high‑end luxury ✅ Ideal for… Guests craving an off‑grid, rustic escape immersed in rainforest surroundings Nature lovers who enjoy trekking, bird‑watching, stream‑side lounging, and campfire evenings Visitors who prioritize genuine local hospitality over polished luxury ❗Keep in mind if you need… Requirement Caution Frequent hot water May be limited—carry patience or verify before booking Comfort of infrastructure Expect basic amenities and occasional dampness Solo or small-group stay Best suited for groups of 5+, else may feel remote or impractical 📝 Final verdict Green Magic Nature Resort stands out with its enchanting tree‑houses and deep immersion into Wayanad’s jungle beauty. Recent reviews rave about the staff’s warmth and food quality. But this is a nature retreat, not a luxury property. If you're prepared for basic comforts, unpolished charm, and a bumpy jeep ride in exchange for serene forest mornings and starry nights, it’s a magical choice. Tips before booking Ask about hot water availability and mosquito protection Confirm transport logistics and vehicle suitability Clarify what packages include—treks, meals, guided tours—to set realistic expectations

NillThis breathtaking destination is one of the most incredible places I've ever visited. The drive there is an exhilarating adventure, suitable only for proper SUVs. The caretaker, KP, is exceptionally humble and welcoming. The food is truly outstanding, making it a highlight of the stay. While it's an excellent choice for larger groups (ideally 5 or more), it may not be the best fit for smaller groups due to its remote location.

NillReally loved the location. The place is inside forest and you have to go by jeep which they will come and pick us. If you want to escape from the busy life you must definitely go here. The place is so natural and you can hear the sound of nature all the time. There’s no network at the resort.
