Very Worst service I had ever seen. 1)There is no assist for room service 2)Rooms are not cleaned properly before Check In 3)Provided pictures and actual view is different 4)No WiFi 5)Electricity issues are there & no assistance from anyone 🙃 Rating - 0.5/10

Worst service I have ever seen. We pay a standard room rate, but they are not even providing us with drinking water. There is also no heater for hot water in such a cold temperatures we are supposed to bath in cold water. The room didn't even have a mirror and curtains was missing. The attitude of the staff was also very disturbing. The ambiance is also very different from the pictures they provided l. Not at all recommended especially for family.

Hospitality is good....... The staff are super cooperative. The interior of hotel is mesmerizing.Great outside view with Tea garden. Everything perfect at affordable prices. Excellent service,Tasty Food,location was so good,good experience.

The hotel is very well furnished.But they did not provide any drinking water . We booked 3 rooms out of which in two the heaters were not functioning , but they fixed one of that when we notified them.The bedsheets bedcovers were unwashed and it was so stinking , they couldn't even provide new bedcovers n sheet even after notifying them. Overall it was not ok to stay. Not recommendable. Worst experience.

We were on our Anniversary Trip and these guys just spoiled the day, I've booked a room with view and when I reached the hotel for half an hour no one showed up in the property, the gate was locked and there was no sign of other guests, Later a guy and a lady came after half an hour of waiting and still they are behaving like someone came and they are doing some favour for us, Finally they took us to the room and it was not the room which I booked, and he asked to pay 2500 for the room with view but my booking was for 1900, That staff connected to owner in phone and when I raised the issue he was arguing with me and ask me to call Agoda customer care to clear this issue and he also told to pay 2500 for the room, It was almost 6pm, me and my wife were so tired after the long travel and still they where not ready to give the room which I booked, and finally we left the property and managed to find another property with better facilities with cheaper price.. Later when I checked the Google reviews same issue happened to others also..

Worst owner . Doesn't know how to behave with customers. If u want to pay and take scoldings without any reason then u can go there.

Great experience. People there helped us with the whole trip . Friendly and helpful staff. View and ventilation are good .
