Vythiri Blue Ginger Resort

The location is awesome. Food is good. A private waterfall is one of the awesome additions. The drawback of this stay is, we have to park our vehicle 4-5Kms away from the stay and we have to take a jeep ride to reach the stay for which we have to pay additional for the jeep ride.. Additional payment to reach the stay and while returning from the stay is little irritating. It will be awesome if the jeep ride is included in the package.

Location is gorgeous and scenic. Although it is a high ride up from below, it is absolutely worth it. The staff were great and the food was delicious. The rooms were beautiful and make you feel like you are dwelling in luxury whilst also being cozy. Our trip was absolutely fantastic with everything tying it together! The bonfires after dinner also provide such a dream like feeling! definitely recommend !!

My stay at Blue Ginger Resorts in Wayanad was a mixed experience. The resort's location within a forest creates a beautiful ambiance, but it's important to note that reaching the resort is challenging, as our own sedans couldn't make the 5 km off-road journey. The arrangement of a jeep for transportation comes with an extra cost. Unfortunately, the resort itself is not properly maintained and appears old. The staff were not very accommodating, and the service left much to be desired. The biggest letdown was the food – it was of poor quality, and timely meal service was a struggle. It was disappointing that they weren't prepared to handle food for all the guests at once, leading to inconvenient delays. In summary, my visit to Blue Ginger Resorts in October 2023 left me very disappointed. While the forest ambiance is a plus, the resort's condition, staff service, and food quality need significant improvement to provide a more enjoyable stay.

Blue ginger resort is a best place to escape from the Bangalore city zone Where you find the greenary surrounded you, private water fall and the nature sound, it’s just amazing And rooms are equipped with good furniture’s we just loved it. Staffs are friendly and chef prepares the amazing food. It was a well spent days. Thank you for the whole team who helped us with each and every requirement as we requested for. Holding a babies of 5 months and 9 months old staying at your resort made us to feel like home.

My experience at Vythiri Blue Ginger Resort has been bitter sweet. While the overall journey upto Vythiri was comfortable, we had to wait for a very long time at a poorly lit parking slot of the Resort for their pick up Jeep to pick us and take us to the resort. We were constantly in touch with the Resort manager and they could have planned the pick up jeep better. The property and location is awesome however the team isn't so efficient in managing high footfalls. At such high altitude where the weather is cold we ended up having cold water bath since their gas geysers weren't functioning. Coming to the food, this is a good place for Non vegetarians however for pure veg like us we felt short changed. Veg soup and non veg soup were kept in the same food holder with hardly any partition. Possibly the authorities could have been more sensitive over such delicate issues. During our check out we were asked to pay INR 600 to the jeep to drop us to the parking lot which was never informed to us earlier. Overall it wasn't so satisfying and I wish the authorities scale up and pull up their services.

Blue Ginger Resort in Vythiri strikes a perfect balance between luxury and nature. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The infinity pool overlooking the mountains is a real highlight. The cuisine served is diverse and delicious. The entire experience was top-notch, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway in Wayanad

The place is in middle of the forest and you need to do off road drive for 3 km. The rooms are service is excellent and they are very clean. Staffs are very friendly and available round the clock. You will get one private waterfall and a hiking area. Staff Mr. Santhosh guided us very well and he was like a dedicated care taker. The food quality and the taste are excellent. They will ask what to cook and they will cook as per our taste and choice. A must visit place to rejuvenate.
