I had the most unpleasant stay ever in my life. People who read this comment please show some patience to read it completely or else you will get caught in a trap and spoil the entire trip mood. Still wondering if such cheaters exists on earth. Firstly, the view from the property was good only with that in hand they charge 5 to 6k for rooms that are untidy, stinky and filled with dust and insects were they claim the rooms are clean. Secondly, their customer service where I spoke with a person called Krishna who doesn't truly understand the meaning of service and showed poor and awful behaviour when asked to extend the checkout time for few minutes. Even the 5-star hotels would extend for an hour or more without any extra payment but I just asked for half n hour only because we were late to check in. And the check-in time here was 2 pm and check-out was 11 am. This person was really pathetic and stupid and should stop doing this job.||||Truth is they just wanted to snatch the money somehow as it was off-season. At least they could have kept the room clean. And the complimentary breakfast was a Hilarious joke😆. Either Continental or Kerala, only one among this will be provided in which Continental has three slice of bread and one choice of omelette. ||||Moral: Never trust the pictures or videos send by them or even shown on any platform. ||||These cheaters should be punished for their horrible behaviour and their rooms are only worth for maximum 1.5k and not even a single penny.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the experience my family and I had at your establishment.During our visit, we encountered several issues that left us feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. Firstly, the behavior of the kitchen staff was unacceptable. They appeared intimidating and lacked regard for safety protocols. Additionally, the quality of the food was subpar, yet we were made to feel obligated to consume it and pay for it regardless.Despite escalating these concerns to one of the partners, no action was taken, and there was a lack of follow-up or communication from your team. This lack of accountability is concerning and reflects poorly on your establishment.It is evident that the kitchen team wields significant influence, overshadowing the authority of the partners. This imbalance is detrimental to the overall customer experience and speaks volumes about the management of your establishment.Our experience was further marred by the fact that it was a special occasion for us, celebrating our two-year-old baby's birthday. The evening was ruined due to the poor quality of the food and the lack of resolution from your end.We were charged for all items, despite the disappointing quality, which adds to our frustration. We hope that this message serves as a wake-up call and that steps will be taken to address these issues promptly.We expect a response and a resolution to these matters. This is an unforgettable place ! Super clean, amazing interior design, which makes you feel so relaxed. Staff is cery correct, careful and friendly. The yard is perfect for relaxing, reading or going on that long swing admiring the sea view. Private stairs to the beach makes it easy and fast to reach. I love everything about this place, totally recommend!!

The Oceano is my favourite place I've ever stayed. The pool is ridiculously lovely, we spent hours there and the sea just down the cliff from the hotel is such fun to swim in. No worries about safety as long as you can deal with currents. The most beautiful grounds as well, and the staff were just fantastic. The location is very nice, it's tucked away but a lovely walk to the town and backpacker haunts. I would definitely stay here again if I ever had the chance.

Do not go by the look of the property, staff here lacks professionalism. It is run by kids, which is why there is no proper service. Do not take the wooden room- LOFT otherwise you will have to deal with lizards and other insects. The place is beautiful has a private access to the beach too but it is a zero at the service level. I won't recommend it because you will get better place at the price they offer room in.

Its better to find another hotel. This is basically a room with good ambiance run by untrained teenagers. Not worth the price. Dont expect any service from the folks.

Rooms are not at all near, staff is not cooperative. The price is too high for rooms, no facilities at the price they charge we can get a 3 star hotel. Food is pathetic. Don't see the rooms online and opt for it. There is no management a group of together runs this who doesn't even have any experience.
