Orange Valley Hills Resort Vagamon

I chose my stay in Vagamon at Orange Valley Hills Resort based on the high ratings in reviews. The resort is situated on top of a hill, and even 500 meters before reaching it, I was already curious about what the location would be like. But once we reached the top, we were blessed with one of the most beautiful sceneries we had ever seen — endless mountains, deep valleys, greenery, and mist. Honestly, words fall short to describe the view. We had booked a deluxe room, but due to heavy traffic on the way, we missed our lunch by the time we arrived. When we mentioned this, the staff immediately arranged lunch for the three of us, which was truly thoughtful. The staff were very polite and warmly welcomed us to our room. The moment we opened the door, we were amazed — the room was almost fully glass-covered, offering a breathtaking panoramic view. Even while simply sitting or lying on the bed, we felt as though we were resting in the lap of nature’s most beautiful spot. The food we received at dinner and breakfast was delicious, and they had also arranged a cozy campfire, adding to the charm of the stay. We left the resort carrying some of the most beautiful memories of our lives.

An Unforgettable Stay, We didn’t want to leave! Our recent stay at Orange Valley Resort was nothing to short of magical .Every aspect of the resort exceeded our expectations.The staff here at the resorts greatest asset. Stay at this Hill resort was truly amazing for friends' family. We had funfilled 2days at the resort. Hospitality by the admin team was outstanding. Ambience was clean and tidy. Though the season was not suitable for sightseeing, had a great enjoyment at the resort. Staff members at the restaurant was polite and friendly. Must visit place for relaxing and having fun with friends and family

Great place with a great views. Unfortunately we came when it was rainy throughout. Still we managed to have a good time here. Staff was really good, need special mention. If you are new to Kerala, always book hotels by directly contacting hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with our family! It is in the superb location and view is worry for full money. The food was delicious and there were good of options for everyone. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were cozy and clean, Would definitely recommend this hotel for a family trip.WiFi connection was good, enabled my office work smoother.

The property truly portrays professionalism, courtesy, prompt service with smiles and positive energy, the quality and quantity of food is tasty and sumptuous. The service staff is alert n responds quickly. Ms. Surya is an expert hospitality persona and an asset to the this organization who has a sense of belongingness. The staff and Managers at reception and dining area is courteous. Mr. General Manager of the property ensures a personal touch with the guests. It was an memorable experience staying here, looking forward to visit again with my family.

It's an ideal place for families looking to relax and spend quality time together. The guest house was clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. One of the top notch resort as i had been to many in this area since 7-8 years , so what i felt was an amazing experience, well behaved and upfront service mentality of the staffs from the top level to ground level was awesome. Management was freely available to customers in front to discuss the experience. That itself shows they welcomes feedback. Also they are 100% confident in their services so they are fearlessly in front of the customers. One of the director of the property i met was also friendly. The property manager was very accommodative and he is the face of that property as i felt. Kudos….. all the best…
