Max crest. Organic resort -Nature hideout

Excellent rooms, exceptional service and extra-ordinary enjoyment. Max crest is definitely your place to go and enjoy with family, friends and dear ones. Walking up into the snow chilled morning, resting in the lapse of the beautiful meadows, having a splendid time inside the pine forests, what else and what not. Wagamon is awesome and max crest is absolutely incredible. I have stayed in many resorts and this tops my list of favourites. Service is something team max crest can be proud of. We really had an amazing stay here and will definitely be back to this beautiful beautiful place.

Our stay at Max crest was absolutely delightful and one we’ll always remember! The resort is beautifully located with stunning views of the hills and cool, foggy weather that made the entire experience feel calm and refreshing. One of the highlights for was the rooms — clean, well-maintained, and offering a serene view of the surrounding greenery. Our friends had a fantastic time splashing around, and it was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff were friendly , and the surroundings were simply breathtaking. The combination of natural beauty, a lovely pool ( expected little wide pool but it's okay ) If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in Vagamon with great views, pleasant weather, Max crest is highly recommended!

We, a group of 21, stayed at this property from September 27th to 28th, and the experience was utterly disappointing. The property lacked the facilities to accommodate our group size, which should have been clearly communicated during the booking process. The premises were not only under construction but also unclean, with visible plastic waste in the surroundings. Considering the high rent charged, we expected better facilities. The swimming pool was particularly small, accommodating only about four people. We strongly advise against booking this property based on its Instagram photos or Google reviews, as our experience was far from satisfactory. Although the location is good, the subpar stay completely spoiled our trip." We appreciate you finally responding. However, your statement that 'we already told you about this when you reached at property' is not accurate. At the time of booking, you/your representative explicitly stated that 21 people could be accommodated at the property. We have evidence of this communication. Therefore, the poor experience was not solely due to ‘misguided agent', but was a direct result of your misrepresentation of the property's capacity during the booking process. Beyond the capacity failure, your public reply still does not address the following issues that are entirely within your control: 1. Unacceptable Hygiene: Why was the premises littered with plastic and food waste, a basic maintenance failure? 2. Incomplete Facilities: Why was the kitchen work unfinished, an independent failure of the property amenities? 3. Hidden Fees: Why were we demanded an extra amount for the campfire after we arrived, despite the problems caused by your own misrepresentation? We leave this information for future guests to consider. Your property is not only too small but also poorly maintained, and you are contradicting your own booking-time claims in this public forum.

Our stay with a group of 21 was profoundly disappointing and a terrible value for the high price we paid. Do not book this property based on the photos—it is a clear case of misrepresentation. The facilities are inadequate for a large group. The rooms and common areas felt small, and the swimming pool was negligible, truly only fitting for 3-4 people. Beyond the misleading size, the property failed on basic upkeep. It felt like an active construction site, not a rental, with areas that were unclean and littered with plastic waste. Paying a premium price for a stay surrounded by trash and construction is completely unacceptable. Though the location is the only positive, the subpar facilities and poor maintenance destroyed the purpose of our group trip. Save your money and look elsewhere; this property cannot deliver a satisfactory experience for a large party.

The stay was not at all comfortable. There was no caretaker during nighttime. We were left alone with no amenities. The water pressure was very poor and the entire compound was littered with food and construction waste. Even the water ran out during night and we had to figure out how to operate the water motor of the resort. There is no power in the entire dining area. There was no support from the staff and our overall experience was ruined.

We had a genuinely disappointing experience while staying at this property for a group trip. We found it completely unsuitable for accommodating a group due to several significant issues. The advertised space was misleading; both the individual rooms and the main hall were small and cramped, making comfort impossible for our group. Crucially, basic facilities were lacking: the kitchen area work was incomplete, making it unusable, and no accommodation was provided for our driver. Furthermore, the property felt poorly maintained and unhygienic. We noted plastic, food waste, and general litter scattered around the premises. To top off the poor service, we were demanded an extra charge for a campfire, which we expected to be an included amenity for a group booking at this price point. Overall, this property falls far short of acceptable standards. We do not recommend it for any traveler, especially groups, until management addresses the serious deficiencies in maintenance and transparency regarding fees."

The property not good for holiday stay. The rooms are congested. Not provided with sufficient extra beds and even extra bed persons not even having space to put their bed on floor. Food availability also not good. Inspite of these the only plus point is having good number of waste disposal items here and there. Camp fire also worst experienced.

Swimming is only the size of a larger bath tub. There were shortage of beds and they did not provide any extra beds and some of them had to sleep in the floor during night at cold climate. Complimentary Breakfast was provided very late than mentioned time by hotel management and was not enough for all.
