Cherai Natural Beach

This resort lacks proper maintenance, though it's situated in a great location, very close to the beach. Some rooms are quite small, while others are more spacious. However, no drinking water is provided. There is a front area suitable for car parking, and it's possible to gather outside. Unfortunately, the rooms are not well maintained, and the paintings need updating. With better upkeep, this resort has the potential to be much better.

One of the worst hotel to stay. Their services are not even worth the money. The rooms are not cleaned properly. They create some fake demand to increase their room price.

BASIC AMENITIES AND SERVICE IS LACKING ! Pros first: Only outside looks good and the place is overall calm and safe. We were two girls traveling. Cons: We booked the best AC room available and yet: The bedsheets and towels were stained and old. The washbasin tap is broken. AC remote doesn’t work. No soap is provided (basic!) Not to mention mandatory drinking water bottle wasn’t provided either, we had to pay extra. No toilet paper. No garbage bin in the room. There is huge ant and pest problem too. Maybe because of the terrain which is still understandable. We were asked to checkout at 10.30 am which wasn’t mentioned earlier. Even the booking site mentioned till 11. Request to the management: Kindly visit similar properties who are better and try to understand and make changes. Wont even cost you much!

Booked 2 rooms seeing the 4 star rating. But the rooms and service are not even worth 1 star. Had to wait around 30 mins on arrival as there was no staff at the property. The rooms were not clean and also had a foul smell. There was no water at the restroom, no blankets, no intercom and tv wasn't working. The staff was very arrogant right from the very start. They were very argumentative while checking any matter with them.

Horrible experience in Cheri natural beach hotel's most unhygienic and dirty accommodation, ants and bugs are on the floor, "Very rudeness behavior by the staff", Also, the bathroom equipment is not clean and the exos fans not working, the gear not working, the shower is tap broken, the door locks are broken, also the bed is not comfortable and very badly smalling from the rooms. If possible then I will give a -ve rating. Never come to this place.

First off - the Pros - its at a perfect location. The beach is just a walk away from the place, like 100 meters from the property. The staff (Only 1) which we could find during our stay there was cordial and helpful as much as he could. Though there was zero services apart from showing us the room. Con- The property - NEEDS A MAJOR MAINTENANCE REHAUL. Almost all the bedsheets had holes in it. No intercom. No TV(working). No tea / coffee which you can order. No good restaurants or cafe close by in walkable distance to have a quick decent chai. Avoid the room next to the reception - its needs major interior work. There is water damage in all the walls and the smell is awful. We changed the rooms once we saw it in person. The rooms had good AC which is a plus but not all rooms had a working AC remote, luckily we could bring the remote from the other rooms we had and kept it working during our stay there. Overall a OK stay for the price at this location.

The only good about this place is that it's close to the beach. The service and maintenance sucks. Worst place i have stayed so far. Unclean sheets and pillow covers, the resort doesn't even give you food or plates atleast even if you order from outside. There are no hot water, kettle or anything in the room. The building and construction is good, request to the owner is to please maintain the place properly and provide good service. Then you might make very good profit

Wonderful experience and great location. Eco friendly atmosphere. Calm area to relax . we can see Beach from balcony. Altogether excellent.
