The hotel itself looks so old and bad. The room boy is arrogant and doesnt bother to clean the room. Bed sheets and towels were not washed. He is arguing for no reason and ordering guests to do this and that. Adding food items to the receipts which were not ordered by us. Very worst experience. Kindly dont book this hotel at any cost.

We kindly ask all travelers not to reserve rooms at this hotel. One of the worst experiences of my life. their restaurant's food is worst, there's no TV in the room, and no wifi. Basic amenities are not offered, towels and bedsheet not washed Not having hot water in the morning to bath The best thing is that their raucous caregiver used to argue with the guests. Has no idea how to act around people Our trip was spoiled 👎🏼

Nothing is good.. Never ever choose this stay, rooms are uncleaned, towels are not washed, bedspreads are not changed, very dirty and ugly stay. Mosquitoes everywhere,also the service boy behaves very rude. No water bottle or plates or kits given , very very worst place.

This place is pretty good. Stayed there for 10 days in a strech. Very much comfortable and neat rooms. The one which we started are beach facing. This one has mirror windows and you'll have a clear view of the beach 24/7. Both the owner and the service boys are approachable throughout the day and night. They are quite good and humble people. When you are on mediocre budget, you can opt for this. Not too costly and not too less.

The best food that you can get while in Cherai..! Authentic sea food and all homemade..! Direct from kitchen to your table..! The resort too is neat, comfortable and reasonable.. best place to have sip of tea sitting near the sea.. highly recommended..!
