This resort was amazing and beautiful. We had such a great time. Its slightly away from busyness of Munnar and you are literally in arms of beautiful plantation. Room was beautiful and view was amazing. Their staff is excellent and super professional and they do very well take care of you. Manager Sam was amazing. He literally checks during every meal how it was or need anything. We loved every aspect of this resort and i will also pass thanks to my local friend who recommended this place for our 10th Anniversary. Loved it. Highly Recommend!!!

Our experience at Bracknell Forest Munnar was quite disappointing despite the beautiful location. 1. Dinner service was extremely delayed – we had four kids under 4 years, yet the food was not served until 9:30 PM, even though it had been pre-paid. 2. The quality of the dinner was poor and not worth the wait. 3. There was a power outage during the night, and electricity wasn’t restored until the morning, making the stay very uncomfortable. 4. While the lunch was good and the property is in a scenic location, basic amenities were lacking. 5. The hand showers in the toilets of both rooms we booked were not functioning. Overall, a terrible experience considering the cost. We expected much better service and facilities.

Absolutely magical! This resort is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of a lush cardamom plantation. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was pure romance — the scent of cardamom in the air, the misty hills, and the peaceful surroundings made it feel like a dream.

Bracknell Forest Resort is a great getaway location. It's surrounded by trees and cardamom plants and is just far enough away from Munnar town to have a nice peaceful setting. It is especially gorgeous at night. Sitting on the balcony listening to whistle birds with the fog coming in all around gives the feeling of being lost in tranquility. Thanks to the courteous staff for their support and assistance.

I booked Bracknell Forest Resort for our 1st wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Bracknell Forest Resort is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay in Munnar. The rooms were clean, cozy, and offered stunning views. The staff was very professional and took great care of us. I booked it for our 1st anniversary and surprised my wife, we loved every moment! Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway. Special thanks to Muthu selvam and other staff.

A fine place away from noise of Munnar town. The staff is good and humble, food is delicious, and all rooms have large balcony with view of spice garden.

We came here with our family in this may….Actually we didn’t expect this scenery and the resort along with the nature’s beauty…All the facilities including the food was good…Especially the food was exactly in the style of Tamil Nadu….
