Chandana Royal Resorts

May get good hotel against budget of this. Many more basic services are not available. Only the big rooms. Not a good location

The hospitality was good by the front office person/manager. The restaurant admin was not very communicative but the taste of food was excellent. Good attached theatre. Watched ps2 there. Centrally located to kandhaloor and tourist destinations and feels luxurious compared to other hotels. The rooms are very neat. Had 24 hrs hot water supply.

Ok place to stay, the climate is not that great during summer. The food is tasty and is of good quality. They used to have an attached bar but now its closed however, they still serve beer. Be prepared when checking in with family. The rooms are pretty decent but the furniture and mattresses are old in some rooms. The springs from the mattress feel like it might come off.

To summarize the worst parts of my stay:||||- There was a gap between window frame and pane, which let lots of mosquitoes into the room at night.||- I paid for an AC room but there was no AC at night because there was "low voltage". Management was told twice and nothing was done.||- There was a constant knocking sound during night (like a mechanical pump) and noisy diesel generator right outside our window. Plus a cinema next door that played films very loudly to the early hours of the morning.||- The bathroom was dirty and unhygienic, the toilet leaked; we found a small cockroach in the sink||- No tea or milk, no complimentary toiletries. Other hotels we have stayed in would have provided a decent breakfast for a little extra cost. Chandana Royal Resort did not offer a breakfast, not that we would have eaten there anyway.||- Doors did not seem to lock properly, with security seemingly being absent at night.||- The bed blanket was dusty and the rooms are not cleaned daily. Just before we went we found pest droppings behind a bedside table.||||The only positive thing I can say was that some of the views from the hotel were very nice and the area spectacular.

I was stayed at Chandana Royal Resort from 13 Mar to 16 Mar 2016. Rent is so reasonable and worth for the luxury I received here. Manager, receptionist and all staff are truly helpful and humble. Rooms had all essential cleanliness, Daily laundry change. You will get dry towels, shampoo, soaps etc. Resort has free WiFi with good speed. I was happy with this because my Idea mobile had very bad network here. staff didn't even looking for any tip. I did so many tours but I found this Resort best which is giving luxury in budget. Thanks Chandana Royal Resort to make our trip special.

The staff over there are very friendly. The entire complex has WiFi which is very much needed since there is no signal available in the vicinity except for BSNL users. The rooms are comfortable and they provide hot water in the morning. They say that they have Television but for us most of the channels weren't working. The atmosphere around the complex early in the morning is excellent and worth watching. One problem we faced is that there was a bar next to the complex and we faced minor troubles when we came back late in the night.

Hotel was nice but location is too far from munar(39Kms and two hours journey).|Food was excellent but u will get only two varities. |Staff was very cooperative. Room was maintained neatly but the wardrobes and other furniture u cant able use because when u open u get a bad smell. |No wifi in the hotel. only BSNL and aritel network is available.

Spacious rooms with separate living areas. However, service and location are not really good, especially for family.
