Attended a marriage reception here. Adjacent to Bishop's house, in the beach area. Beautiful lawn. Parking area present. Can enjoy the sea from here.

Its located in Thangassery, kollam. Its a sea side location. Only few rooms available. Vibe location, but not maintained properly. Not crowded. But it is a best option for conducting out door funtions for onam, xmas, wedding reception, birthday party. Plenty of car parking available. One side is surrounded by sea. Only one building is in this site. We can arrange food in upstairs. No hotel is there. For small functions its best choice. Rate is very much affordable. Out door games for onam celebration can be arranged there. Its a very good location. Very nice Ambience. Sea side rooms available. Better than stay, its good for conducting small functions. Office functions etc. Building is very nice Ambience

Very convenient. AC rooms are decently maintained. Very convenient and for families seeking privacy, this place is an absolute perfect choice to be at the heart og guruvayur but still be secure about the choice. Its almost 600-700m away from the Main Rd. Parkings are plenty. Recommendation : get airconditioned room at the, 7th/8th floor with the Guruvayur view is mesmerizing during the dawn.

I attented a wedding party there a wast wonderfull place with a beach scenery with wind and abience... Best for reception party programs and gettogether functions..... Lots of vechles may lead to trafic jam there becaus of small roads
