Really a good hotel with clean and tidy rooms. The hotel staff were very warm and guest friendly. The view of the mountains from the hotel is truly amazing. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet at the hotel restaurant was very decent and tasty. They had both Kerala and Tamilnadu delicacies in buffet line-up. Overall, a very good experience.

The customer service was excellent – truly above expectations. The food was very good, and the trucking facility was well-organized with meals provided during the trip. Wi-Fi was available and worked well throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we missed the campfire due to rain, but overall, we had a great day at the hotel.
