Me and my two sons along with our pet dog and 2 cats came here and had a wonderful staycation here in Kanthallor for 2 days . Our requirement was to be with nature and a pet friendly atmosphere, but Rainforest gave more than what we expected . It's a kind of our own home with lots of fruits and flowers around . Our pet dog Sarameya thoroughly enjoyed the place roaming and running around . Anyone who opt for a calm and pet friendly place , please visit Rainforest Orchard ,Kanthallor and rejuvenate ... Thank you Rainforest for giving us a warm and home atmosphere

Rainforest orchard is a wanderful place with a fantastic view on a huge farm and garden with a lot of variety fruits(orange, peer, avocado etc.),jose antiny one who took care of us is a incredible host. He is very kind and welcoming, he helped us to organize the tour in kanthalloor by letting us all the near by sightseeing. The room is comfortable and very clean.Highly recommended and will stay in future👍

Unfortunately I could not give negative star here. Very very worst behaviour by the lady . We have booked the room in advance and paid the amount also but that lady gave the room to other guests saying that she went hospital and forget to inform the management about our booking . We have a record of her call saying this . We stood in the road with our family. That lady behaved rudely and spoke harshly also . And above than all she is a complete lier. I personally don’t suggest this to anyone.Before booking the room she speaks politely once you paid the amount you will come to know about that lady’s original behaviour. Worst stay I have seen in my lifetime. Anyway that lady is going to give a fake reply saying that it was our mistake . If you are cheating people you will definitely reach greater heights in your life may god bless you for your cheap behaviour.

We had very bad experience here . Eventhough we made an advance payment and confirmed the room on the day of check in they told they gave our room to another guests and behaved rudely also . I personally don't suggest this to anyone. Because we can't get any rooms nearby if it was a weekend and they will just spoil our moods.

We had very bad experience here. We have booked the room a month before and also paid an advance payment of ₹8000 . When we reached the room and calling the manager she was just telling some other guests occupied the resort and we stood for nearly 4 hours in the road in the heavy rain with our family. They didn't pick up the call only after many calls they picked and the response was also not good. They denied our calls so many times.And the lady spoke harshly also. And they totally spoilled our mood and we just retured back with worst experience. I could not reply to the comment so editing this. We came aroud 1 pm only and we have all your call logs and call records . Don't try to cheat people and make them fool. We have a record of your call saying thay it was your mistake completely. What a great lier you are . Thank god we didn't stay there. How cheap your behaviour is? I think all yoyr reply for the negative comments is completely fake. If someone is reading this review don't ever this of going to this resort.They will definitely spoil your mood.

We had a worst experience in Orachid Kanthaloor Resort. Manager Mini and her assistent Sharon was very rude to us. Their main intention was to get more money from customers. When I called Sharon he was agreed for a amount for one night stay for two family. During check out time his manager Mini called the caretaker and she told that was a mistake from staff and asked us to pay more money to her otherwise they won't unlock the gate not to let us go outside from there. She was very rough and rude to us. We all were afraid if they unlock their dog. We have given the extra amount to them because we had to vacate that place and we have little kid with us. I recommend the property owner to give proper training to mini on customer management .

We had a wonderful experience here. This resort is perfect for weekend gateway with perfect ambience and cleanliness. The place is gifted with real natural beauty. Orange trees, strawberry bushes, peach trees, variety of roses, and many more. The staff Vishnu was delightful and eager to make us stay comfortable. Also helped us with the best places to visit in Kanthaloor.
