We spent a few days here. Our stay at resort was fantastic . such a wonderful peaceful days, had a great experience. Hospitality is very appreciated there. Food was very tasty and variety of food selection also nice. The staff was highly professional and the food was excellent. I remember one of the staffs named mr anoop , he did great job. His service was excellent. He's incredibly friendly and attentive , ensuring every need was met with a smile.

Our stay at Moon Wings Mountain Resort was nothing short of amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were spotless and luxurious, and the amenities were top-notch. We especially loved the stunning mountain view. Can’t wait to come back next year

Food arrangement not good. While booking, they showing food as buffet. But during dinning providing only 1 count per item. This neither BUFFET nor ALA-CARTE. During campfire, you won't get what you have ordered. Eventually whatever they prepared we need to eat and pay for that. Totally dissatisfied stay for us RESPONSE TO MOONWING REPLY: WE ARE NOT SURE WHEN YOU HAVE QUOTED FOR RS. 2000/PERSON FOR BUFFET. IF SO IT WOULD BE AN 7STAR HOTEL MENU. WE DIDN'T EXPECT THAT. WE EXPECTED ONLY THE UNLIMITED QTY FOR THE DISHES YOU HAVE QUOTED FOR 350 SINCE YOU CALL IT AS BUFFET. **WHEN ANOTHER GUEST WAS RAISED ISSUE LOUDLY DURING THE FIRST DAY LUNCH, WE THOUGHT ISSUE WAS WITH HIM, AFTER OUR EXPERIENCE WE UNDERSTAND ISSUE IS NOT WITH THE GUEST**

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Moon Wings and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was immaculate, spacious, and elegantly designed with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable. I particularly appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected. The hotel's location is perfect, with ample car parking,situated close to key attractions and making it convenient to explore the city. Despite its central location, the room was quiet and provided a peaceful retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. The variety of options was impressive, catering to different dietary preferences, and everything was fresh and delicious. I also appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary bottled water and the in-room coffee and tea options. Overall, my stay at Moon Wings was outstanding. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and prime location makes it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next visit to the city.

I think you guys are having issues. Please fix that instead putting blame on your clients like fake account, alcohol users. First remove that guards standing near buffet counter that is horrible experience for any who comes to restuarant. If that wouldn't happened we don't any complaints. We don't ask for 5 star treatment. Just a respect when you serve food culturally we have imbibed "Athithi Devo Bhava" follow this for long term sustainability than you guys arranging an agency for good comments and ratings. Let me list down good things first... 1. Location 2. Speaker arrangement for camp fire. 3. Black coffee when requested. Now let's see why don't have to visit this place... 1. Food - Horrible taste. Veg all the items were bland. You have security guard for non veg menu he will serve but only one piece, very strict only one piece, during morning breakfast for omlette also got a security guard only one omlette. I never seen like this for a buffet. For the service and quality charging 50 for an omlette is too expensive. Chicken they have provided for campfire is waste of money. WASTED... 2. Room - Very tiny for 3 people and cramp for extra bed. Considering the money you pay and service they render, I would say "BIG NO" Even though you give justification thru reply or even refund the money for the worthless food. Experience I had can't be taken back. When the guest were fighting with resort manager before our lunch I was thinking guest is rebellious later realized you guys have an issues. I would say BIG NO to every one who want to consider your place. Also wondering how you guys got 4.9 rating for the services you provide... I don't see any conflict of interest gentleman... Initial request from your manager is to remove the comment and you replied sorry for the inconveniences and we will refund the amount for food. Rooms: They will Charge 4500(For 3 Person), That Room capacity only 2, But the owner accepted another person with additional 1300, Totally 5800 (The 4 person will stay in Bathroom only), Money minded, Not thinking on Customer, How they will manage. Service: They Charged 350 Person for a Buffett dinner. But one Commando will be there in Kitchen, He will give only one piece in all varieties. Food taste was not upto mark. Very very worst behaviour on Food limitations. Even we asked and confirmed many times. Charged 1600 rupees on Alpham Chicken, But the taste was (No word to say) , We returned back all the Chicken. Ordered the Veg items, Panner, Gopi Fry, They given expired Panner to us. Given back those items also. Campfire: Strict officer, 10.31 , We need to stop enjoyment. Over all Fully Money Minded people, Will collect all the money once you enter in Resort. Very Very Limited, b taste less food

Nice ambience and nice resort...all the workers are very gentle and kind..Best restaurant good food and service... Good for family stays. Love it.. I suggest this resort for looking best vibe one's... Go for it guys ❤️
